If you want to pay more (75%) for Fed Ex, UPS and US Mail, then go there. If you want to get lousy rude curt service from the owner, then go there. If you want to sit in line and wait for 15 minutes because the lobby is closed, then go there. The lobby is a ding dong school. If you want to pay a dollar for sending your AMAZON package return, then go there. (It is against UPS rules to charge for this, it is in the agreement. She can lose her UPS account.) The owner pockets the money. Tax free!! If you want to pay a dollar for a piece of tape or a staple, then go there. If you want to have something sent in a box where they use old boxes and charge you for a new one, then go there. Same by then using old Amazon bags. If you want to save money, then go someplace else other than Emory! Sulphur Springs or Mineola. Rhonda, the owner, is doing a disservice to the community who, either willingly pay her these exorbitant fees or just don't know that they are being taken with the price gouging. They are suppose to be a designated UPS drop off location for returning Amazon packages. The first two times I've used them everything was fine, I would drop off my package and go. Then one time they told me my one larger package would be $1...okay on a pre-paid shipping ticket? I paid it and thought maybe because of the size? Then again I go in the other day to drop off a small package and they want $1?? This time I just took my package back and went into Greenville since I was on my way there anyhow. Something about them seems super fishey charging extra cash for these prepaid shipping tickets. Either way, I won't ever use them for anything. read more

CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF! If you must, INSIST on mailing your item at the least INEXPENSIVE way possible & be very clear and ADAMANT, otherwise you are going to spend at least $20-25 more than what the Post Office charges, at least. Ask them what choices you have. Also, they are ripping people off by charging $1 or more just for you to drop off a FEDEX or UPS package, just to drop off, regardless if EVERYTHING is ready. This is in violation of the contracts they have with these carriers. They've gotten greedy & are losing business so they start ripping people off as if that's going to help their situation?? read more
