I called ETX phone repair, and jonathan said no problem he would wait on me to drive in, and work after hours to insure I was able to get my phone fixed before he left tonight. Jonathan was professional, positive and caring. Good customer service like this is hard to find, you have an asset in jonathan! I even tried tipping him for his after hours work and he refused. He was super easy to work with and made me feel very at ease. On the emergency call he came out promptly, had everything cleaned up quickly, and set up the equipment. He worked around my plumber that was there. He even came back on a Saturday to pick up the equipment so I would not be charged for the extra days on the weekend. When I initially spoke with Andres, he outlined all of their charges in detail and explained exactly what their service included. Since he has a team based in Hunt County, their price was about a third of what I was I quoted from a company based out of Dallas. On the day of the move, the team was held up a bit due to a bad storm, but kept me informed of their progress (and it was for the best, I needed the extra time to prepare). My wife and I had prepared for the move well, wrapping and padding most of our stuff. For the items we didn't get to wrap, the team did a great job doing it on their own. The team was extremely respectful of our property and the house we were moving out of, making sure not to damage anything. After a drive to our new home, they unloaded everything quickly and efficiently (we helped a bit to speed up the process). We had moved some items prior to All Seasons coming, but all told, they moved a 3 bedroom house in 4 hours, beginning to end, at an extremely reasonable rate. More importantly, there was no damage to our items or the homes. These guys are pros! I highly recommend All Season Moving if you're in the Hunt County area. They are outstanding!

I am completed disgusted and feel harassed and violated by the audacity of that young woman to demean herself to such a low character and display such a severe lack of self respect. I am still in shock that this young woman actually tried to bribe me into sexual inter course for discounted service from your establishment. I am in disbelief that Latsons would allow such an individual to be representing the company in such a disrespectful and immoral manner.
