Then, the door came off the track and we knew we had to call in a professional. We left a message and Dave's wife called us back within a few hours. Brito was on time, on budget, respectful of our home, super professional and pleasant to work with, and we were so appreciative of how communicative they were with us, texting us updates and photos throughout the process. We had several contractors prior to Brito Construction come to assess and quote this same job and we were either told that the project wasn't worth their time or wouldn't do both the structural and the finish work such as putting in the flooring. We had lots of back-of-a-napkin quotes with no itemization and no time frame available. In contrast, Kevin came, quoted the project, was straightforward about what would need to be done, arranged a time a few weeks in the future when we could be out of the house, and did such a beautiful job down to all the little details that it feels like a new home. Despite the huge demo done, we came home to a spotless house and a yard clean on debris. Professional work, done on time, by honest people.

After a few weeks I called because they didn't sealed the sink with silicone correctly so water was leaking I was very polite and explained the situation to "cliff Leonard" he was trying to say everything to not take any responsibility of the work he sold. And this was his reply to me " I'm done with you" and hang up the my call. I'll mention that I still have warranty that he promised And that a violation of state laws. I'm sharing this on google so people well know what to expect when working with "countertops express" and with "cliff Leonard" specifically. I'll also mention that I own more rentals and he just lost all my future business with this company. My final opinion is that you'll find somewhere else and don't use this place from my own experience.
