I chose to move forward based on the work shown on her social media, but unfortunately, what I received felt rushed and did not reflect the quality I expected. Several details did not match what was discussed. Fake flowers were used, the cake was pink instead of the agreed brown, and some of the flowers appeared to be spray-painted rather than using the intended colors. The cardstock was also peeling, which affected the overall presentation. I understand that things can get busy, but taking on work and delivering below expectations is disappointing. I would recommend confirming all details clearly and ensuring consistent communication before moving forward.
