We were disappointed in services provided by Maidpro, the estimate given (time wise) was inadequate (far off, for such a small home) and did not allow for the job to be completed. 3 girls (one arrived late) were unable to complete a relatively simple cleaning during the 2 hours allotted, the outside of the refrigerator and behind the stove were left undone as were some floors.. The young ladies themselves were very nice and apologetic, but the finished product fell short nonetheless. One of the young ladies, could not reach her boss for close to 2 hours as she tried to explain the situation. Upon reaching the boss, despite having someone show up late and undershooting the estimated time, she casually suggested paying for either more time or leaving an unfinished job. They cleaned a family members home and provided a move-in cleaning. They did not come prepared to the site with proper cleaning equipment (vacuum, mops etc). They didn't clean the entire home and missed several areas that were included in the move-in cleaning package (i.e. stove, cabinets, bathrooms, shelves, floors etc). They came back a second time to correct the first errors and still failed at that cleaning attempt leaving the same errors in the complaint untouched. They cost twice the amount of an average cleaning service and took twice the amount of time then quoted and charge you before providing the service. They offered no credit or compensation for their poor service. In addition, one of the workers appeared very disgruntled, as if we didn't just pay an astronomical fee. I had used Maidpro's services in the past when I was so pregnant I couldn't bend to clean under my bed and was quite pleased with the results. My current experience began great with Kyle being very courteous while taking my order. Alice was very thorough. She contacted me to confirm that I requested service, she called to remind me just prior to service,she also let me know that I would be contacted if additional time was needed to complete the cleaning. I didn't have a problem with this as I was quite confident that compared to prior times they had been to my home they would probably leave early. So I was dismayed and shocked when Alice contacted me to say that more time was needed and I told her so I did tell her to go ahead with the additional hour because I wanted it done right. Imagine my dissappointment when I arrived home to find that two fixtures in my living room that each held a 4x6 photo was still dusty. Dirt still remains under the desk in the living room. The headboard in my bed room was also dusty second only to the dust still under my bed. I asked that maidpro not clean the throw rug that is on the floor in my toddlers room, but they took that to mean that not even the hardwood floor in that room would be cleaned. In my toddlers room they dusted her dresser(which was essentially the only piece of furniture in that room)I had put all her toys away so they didn't have to even move anything! They dusted the guest bedroom and neglected under the bed(by the way) all the beds were premade by me. The bathroom would have been fine had it not been for the hard water stains staring me in the face on my shower door. They half cleaned my other bathroom floor because there is still dirt under the small bathrug in there. They didn't touch the hallway downstair according to my intials engraved on my accent table. Before I left to have them clean my home I opened the hatchway to place my toddler's blowup toy onto the patio, and a few leaves from my wisteria made it onto the hardwood floor in the hallway. The leaves were still there to greet me when I got home. I told them not to clean my husband office and they happily obliged, however they extended the courtesy to my family room. As you look at the carpet you can see that a vacuum did not get a chance to make a pattern on my new carpet. The glass top tables still held my daughters fingerprints. And last but certainly not least they exited through my front door and left it unlocked when I gave Kyle instructions to have them exit through the back the same way they entered and twist the lock on their way out as had been their customary routine in the past.
