We have been using Maidpro for several years and it has been a massive help. On occasions (early on in the working relationship) I did not like when we would go multiple weeks and it seemed like we had a new person every week and we would have issues where our stuff was moved around and it would take me a while to find it. I found leaving reviews helped because if there was something of concern, the office always followed up on my comment and seemed like my concerns were actually listened to. The company certainly would not be getting 5 stars if my concerns had never been followed up on. We have had a long period with the same person and it has been great. Sandra has been coming to our home for just over a year now. Sometimes I'll come home at lunch to check on our animals and let them out and will have an opportunity to speak with her. She is always kind, always smiling, and genuinely seems to enjoy her work and meeting people. It is a blessing to come home at the end of a long week and know I don't have to spend my entire Saturday cleaning the house. These folks are great! My wife is a neat freak and having MaidPro take care of the cleaning duties has been an awesome way for her to have more spare time! Christina has been wonderful and no matter how hard the kids and I try to slob up the house while my wife is out of town working, she always whips it back into shape.
