UPDATE. The Grout Superior owner quickly contacted me, apologized for the breakdown in responding to my first few text. He requested the first available date and time they could get back to repair whatever was needed. Within a week they came out and redid the caulk. Company replaced grout in shower 15 days ago, but it will not completely dry. Representative aid initially that shower would be ready for use in 24 hours. I have had three fans in shower for entire 15 days. Company is unresponsive to requests for follow-up assistance. read more
