I think Maidpro is the very best service that I've used in more than 20 years in Naples. The last cleaners I hired for a deep clean left cobwebs everywhere and didn't even lift the rugs to vacuum! Two new maids came, Anal and Jacquelin. I would be thrilled to have them back!! They were wonderful! They managed to go through all of the 49 point list on a house that really needed cleaning! Jacquelin also found time to get a special request in. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The house was vacuumed and dusted thoroughly. The floors were washed as well and the hair from the 2 visiting dogs was thoroughly vacuumed up. noseprints and paw prints were gone as well. maidPro of Naples is the worst cleaning service on earth. I have never had such horrible service they were late. They tore up my entire home and then requested extra time to fix everything that they had ripped apart rather than cleaning in an organized and timely fashion I would strongly suggest that you avoid them at all. Cost not to mention that there is no one with very good English skills available to resolve disputes. It definitely is their second language. read more

Sometimes we get lucky and their staff does a good job, but the good ones don't stay. It costs us $140 (including the tip) for a three hour service but we get a $12/hour cleaning girl. I really wish they would stick to cleaning rather than moving things around just to show that they have been there. Leave my cushions alone- you are not here to re-design my house! Once I even put sticky notes on the moldy grout in the shower to point out the problem areas- just to come home and see them left on the tile! I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a 4-hour cleaning that cost $275 (almost $70 per hour). The person who cleaned was extremely slow and not effective, was on her phone multiple times, and missed so many basic things-window sills, base boards, vacuuming, dusting, fan blades, sinks, shower, completely skipped laundry room and master closet, mopping without vacuuming first, etc. Several areas were completely skipped. Did not move things to clean under/around. A manager-type person stopped over to check on things before the cleaning lady left, so I showed her everything that still needed to be done. They did not complete any of it, and yet had everything marked off on the 49-point checklist that they left. I spoke to someone on the phone, so they sent someone out the next day for a re-clean. She did a few items, was about to leave so I still showed her what was missed, but she still left. I spoke to the company and they created a list of what still needed to be done, and they had her come back. she was here for 15 min and did one thing. Again, all the basic things that should have been done still weren't done. So, they offered to have a manger come out to look at it, have someone clean again, and have manager come look again. While that's a nice offer, after 2 days of dealing with this, it's gotten to the point of wasting my time and I could have just done the cleaning myself. This is not the results I would expect for $70/hour! read more

Terrible!! ( I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents) I would definitely say terrible. First we can start with how I was pushed into a contract that I don't want. Then, I have to finish cleaning when they are done. They also finish early( by early it's not done they call their supervisor and say we need to be charged for another hour. Meanwhile they are still scheduled for another half hour. There is a major language barrier and the people are never the same so I can't even get any consistent. Another frustration is the time they say they will come. I've never worked with a company that says will be there between 1-5 as a start time. That's ridiculous. Summary: Totally dishonest (I agree with other post about that). Completely unprofessional/illegitimate. I booked an appointment for the last day of the month (indicates such in their notes BUT) which they scheduled it for the day before. I called to work it out, they apologized and advised they were booked and unable/willing to fix it. Instead they just told me to go pound sand. When I called their corporate office corporate began looking into the issue. While they were investigating I got a call from the local sheriff advising that Jamie of the local office asked them to have me not call him anymore! Their corporate office was talking to Jamie's store's manager/owner about this when the call was made. When I advised corporate the lady was laughing because she as just speaking to his boss and he must have done that on his own. So, basically their lowly operator was too rude to give me a supervisor and because I wanted one he pulled that stunt. There are SOO many other options- why bother with these clowns? Support good businesses not childish jokers like this. Longer Version: The first week of March I scheduled an "end of the month" "moving out" clean for the last day of March (specifically for March 31, 2017). The appointment was made instead for March 30, 2017. I called to straighten the issue out and was told they were completely booked on the 31st. The problem is my landlady cancelled her cleaning service when I advised her of my apt. with MaidPro. Now it is almost (basically) impossible to find another cleaning service with such short notice. I asked for a manager and was hung up. I called back the next day and spoke to Jamie. I asked him for a supervisor when he answered the phone and he advised he was one. I explained the scheduling snafu and asked what remedies may be available. He advised none. At that point I asked for his supervisor to which he advised he had none. I asked a second time and he said they weren't there that morning. I asked a third time and he told me he would have her call me back. I expressed my frustration with having to ask three times and asked when she might be available for me to call her (as his delay in answering made me question if he'd forward the message). He hung up. I called back and asked who the owner and manager were. Jamie gave me both names (Michelle and Maritza respectively). I asked when Maritza would be at her desk and he told me he was unsure. I began to ask for corporate contact info. but Jamie just interrupted saying he tried to help me and there was nothing he could do. I asked what Maritza's usual office hours were and he told me he had no idea and that she wasn't there then to take my call and hung up. I called back and was told to not call them anymore. They then called ME after that. When I returned the call Jamie again told me to not to call as I tried asking who just called me from their. I called a Sarasota location who provided their corporate number of (617) 742-8080. I called and got a "Coach" who called to discuss the matter with Maritza. While waiting for a call back from her I got a call from the local Sheriff saying Jamie called them requesting me not to call the local office anymore. I called the corporate office and spoke to my "Coach" who was as shocked as I was advising she just spoke to Maritza and was unsure why Jamie made that call. She did say that if he did they would likely not want to try and honor the time I scheduled. With this much drama and headache I booked another cleaning service and will look to only follow up with their corporate office regarding my experience. Jamie cost his company several hundred dollars because I wanted them to honor my reservation which they botched. Moreover this snafu cost me not only my appointment with MaidPro but also hours I spent trying to find an alternative service available on such short notice. Stuff happens but handling things in with out class and in such a manner should not. read more

I would have been more pleased to hear from them directly ( in addition to a Yelp post) and something other than a standard reply. Maid pro was recommended by a friend local in the area - the girls showed up and cleaned prior to the move in (we moved from another city) and while almost everything was done - I was disappointed that the master bathrooms windowsills were not wiped down, the master doors and baseboards were not wiped clean either. We didn't get to the house until a day later to determine. However, upon contacting MaidPro they offered to have girls return to clean up the missed items. That was a nice offer. read more

Don't bother for residential. Despite the promises and "Maid Pro University"....the cleaning was spotty...they missed things on their own checklist. Each time they broke something...a bottle of wine, a dish, mashed a phone charger. Tried to work with the office and they were more interested in selling me other services than resolving quality issues. And it took me several months to get my keys back....I finally went to the office to get them. It is a shame.....I loke to support local businesses, especially women owned. read more

If the staff went to MaidPro Universtiy for training they forgot to teach them how to dust and clean! Dressers were dusty after they left. My stainless refrigerator was scratched, my bedroom wall was nicked along with the woodwork being nicked. Pictures were left crooked. read more
