Had multiple issues w MaidPro West. First they piled tons of fragile tea cups into my dishwasher ON TOP of other items that actually fit - so they don't know how to load a dishwasher. They cleaned my kitchen table with some harsh cleaning product that literally made the varnish peel off - then tried to deny it. That is the worst part, trying to deny something they clearly were responsible for. Also cannot follow instructions, don't keep their appointments after sending me appt confirmations. After encountering a problem after each cleaning finally told them this isn't going to work out. They didn't even have the decency to reply back to me. I recommend this company completely, however I do have to be honest in some regard: Ok are you the kind of person who cleans before the maid cleans? Yes there are other people out there, like you who really would rather have them deep clean a few times a year, instead of having to use their time to pick up after you. This is what I always do. I love Maid Pro and I reccomend them to everyone. (My best friend Danny reccomends them, and a Danny approved company is basically golden) Now, I would love to give 5 stars because they are really that good, however I have had one or two cleans not with our regular maid so I can't fully give it 5. They left halfway done cleaning when we give them the same ammount of time to clean so I had to finish for them, which stunk because they left the hardest room to clean to the last. NOW... Janette is the star of their show! This lady KNOWS clean. She's always on time, is kind to our dog and respects our cleaning requests fully and with such quality. I've developed a relationship with her that is beyond comparison, and I wouldn't want anyone else to clean for me. Almost every other maid I have had has done marvelously so please do not let the beginning of my review deter you. They are fantastic, just make sure you are very clear about what they are there to do. They can't read your minds people! Get clear! Also TIP YOUR MAIDS. If you can't afford to do that, please don't hire a service. Tipping is standard and you'll wind up looking rude and just plain tacky. Whatever you can give is fine, but please give something. I tend to do 20% if money has been good that month. This is a luxury service so please treat it as such. Be kind to them, we are all human after all! We used maidpro last year. We were so satisfied with the friendliest staff and responsiveness when setting up our services. We unfortunately, had to discontinue them. Well we just started back with them and I'm not sure how the pandemic affected them ..but things have gone from great to completely amazing!! Brittney in the office is the most accommodating person with our schedule, and got us an absolute dream of a cleaning technician. She is always available and always responds WITH a smile you can hear. So we met with Janeth and she came in and just WORKED ! she cleaned things I didn't even know needed to be cleaned. Holy Wow! What a clean. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now. I do not have any experience with any other company, but I did my research before signing up with Maidpro Winter Garden. I started off with a cleaning every three weeks, and then decided I should move to every other week about 7 months later. I guess I am dirtier than I realized They are reliable, always on time, and best of all, flexible. I have had to reorganize by cleaning due to vacation, or work, and they always come through for me. I can't say enough about the staff. From front office to the actual cleaner themselves, everyone is friendly and honorable. There is never a security concern, or worries about who is going to show up (you know what I mean, tattoo'ed mad woman with 27 piercings, and an extra empty bag that seems full when she leaves) They go out of their way to make you feel special. Attention to detail is the trademark of Maidpro. When my cleaner leaves, I feel like I am on a cruise ship. Folded towels, sparkling silver/brass, blankets rolled/folded, crumb tray in the toaster oven cleaned, and even the Keurig cleaned, who could ask for anything more. Maidpro is a fraud. I ask them to give me a estimate on my home they gave me a price. They charge my card before the cleaner got to my house. The cleaner did the clean in less time then they expect. I called the office and spoke with Tina and explained the issues and concerns of the charges on my card. And she was very incompetent on what I requested. I needed an afternoon clean and she gave me an early clean. And she couldn't explain to me why I was charge before the job was done. Which she told me my house would be 4 hours and the cleaner was done in two hours. Thank god I was there while the cleaning was getting done. If not they would of told me my house took 4 hours to clean and in reality it took 2 hours. That's why they are scammers and charge your card before service is done. Stay away. Never again I will call them or use them or recommend them. read more

I used MaidPro for well over a year. During that year I found that Brittany and sometimes Maria were excellent cleaners. The challenge with this company is their lack of dependability and their rotating staff. I actually left being a customer for two months because of this lack of dependability. Their owner Mark begged me to come back, even offering me a free clean to start back up. After several emails reviewing a year calendar securing Maria for 10 of the planned cleans they were scheduled to come this morning at 9 a.m. Once again, I get a call from them at 9:08 a.m. saying that someone had called in and that Maria couldn't be to me until 11 or so and she wouldn't be doing the clean alone. Every time I've had anyone other than Maria or Brittany clean it is not a good clean. So, despite the startup clean being offered for free it simply wasn't worth it for a "kinda" and getting involved in the constantly changing crazy undependable dynamics of this company. Maidpro can be very friendly and helpful unless one of their employees breaks something...In January, a Maidpro employee was in my home cleaning and must have dropped something in my bathroom sink, because there was a huge break in the marble. I called Amanda (owner) immediately while the employee was still in my home and was reassured that they had insurance to take care of these types of things. Well, fast forward until April and they refuse to address this issue and denied our claim via a letter in the mail. I've called several times and was told that Mark (Amanda's husband) was in charge of the claims, but 4 months later and he still refuses to call or speak to us regarding this issue. I called again and sent another email, and got an email reply stating that we should be receiving a letter in the mail.....STILL no one will speak to us. This is the second time the same employee (Nancy) broke something in our home, but the first time we filed a claim order. It is extremely frustrating dealing with people who refuse to accept responsibility for damage done by their employee. If you think choosing Maidpro is a good idea because they are bonded and insured...WRONG. We are taking them to court, hopefully the legal system will seek justice for us. read more
