There were two young girls working that day. Things were fine until I was up at the counter and my items were being run through. The one scanning my items then turns to the other girl and begins to tell her that she hates having to serve customers and sure hopes that there are not that many today, and hopes that another does not walk through the door any time soon. Gee wiz! Thank you for making me feel so utterly horrible for giving you any kind of business with my money. To think that here I thought I was paying for your job, and doing Stag Shop a favor when I could have clearly purchased from Love Shop instead (or online at much cheaper the cost!) Go back with the original receipt and the clothing and even though they could match it from the inner tag they would not let me do an exchange bc they said they can't put tags on it to resell it. If I had a gift receipt I could but the actually real receipt. How!? Also waited at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for the lady to come up. This store is horrendous , I will never purchase anything from VS or Pink after this. Hahaha and Fabletics have much better customer support.

Yesterday I went to buy some perfume and was having a hard time finding the one I wanted. I was crouched down with my husband reaching my hand into the drawers to pull out different perfume all while an employee watched. After a few MINUTES of searching she asked if I needed help and I said yes since I'm searching in drawers... she told me I can "look over there if I want" and pointed where she was talking about. She should've asked if I needed help immediately and she should've WALKED me to the right spot and help me to find what I was looking for. I've been in retail for 6 years and would never watch a shopper struggle and then point! I thought it was very rude as she's quite literally being paid to help me find what I need.

It rubbed my left arm pit leaving a red mark there and left me in pain. I returned to the store and was told that as I cut the tags off there was nothing they could do. How many people wear the tags on their bra??? I will never go back there. Very poor customer service. Out $100. and feeling ripped off.

After suffering through wearing it for a few days I realized that the underwire is massive and too big/wide for me. I am not filling the cups so the tops wrinkle and show under my t-shirt. This bra cost over $100 and I won't ever be comfortable wearing it. I went to Walmart and bought a firm support, minimizing extremely comfortable bra for under $30.
