On one chair- the back skirt is more than an inch too long. The skirt on one side hangs at an angle. The skirt on the other side has drooping fabric in the middle. Thirdly, we agreed that the arms on the sofa would be smooth without pleats. Once again the arms were pleated. They re-coved them using extra fabric that I had purchased for my own use. BTW - Marty and I were looking at a picture of a chair with the desired arm and skirt when we agreed to these details. Upon delivery, the finished product looked very amateur. The skirts had not been pressed, threads sticking up from many seams, and the bottom edge of the skirts was dirty. Marty agreed to come back on his own time to correct the problems. He has not responded to text messages or phone calls since the day of delivery.
