Regina truly goes above and beyond, every single time. She always leaves our house sparkling clean, and is extremely detail-oriented. Before booking, I specifically told them that I had a 500-square-foot studio apartment. They assured me that one cleaner would be sufficient to complete the move-out cleaning. The appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but there was poor communication from the start. The cleaner did not have my contact information, and I did not have hers, which resulted in her starting approximately 30 minutes late. The biggest issue, however, was the quality and completeness of the cleaning. Several required areas were not properly cleaned. The cabinets were still dirty, and even the stove, microwave, and kitchen were identified by the apartment management as needing additional cleaning. When I contacted the company, I expected them to make things right. Instead, I was given excuses that the cleaner had spent too much time cleaning the bathroom and therefore did not have enough time to complete the rest of the apartment. Apparently, the cleaner was only given until 4:30 PM, despite the fact that she herself complained that there was not enough time to complete the job properly. My expectation was that a move-out cleaning would be completed to move-out standards, not simply stopped because an undisclosed time limit had been reached. At no point during the booking process or our conversations was I told there would be a specific time limit on the cleaning. If the company was concerned that one person would not have enough time, they should have sent two cleaners, especially after assuring me that they understood the size of the apartment and what was required. When I showed the property management my receipt, they were surprised by both how much I was charged and the quality of the cleaning provided. I ultimately had to pay additional fees to the property management to have the cleaning completed properly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. The company failed to provide the level of service that was promised and did not take appropriate responsibility when the job was incomplete. As a service member preparing to move, I trusted this company to provide a professional move-out cleaning, and instead I ended up paying twice to get the job done correctly. In my opinion, this was an unacceptable experience and a complete waste of money.

I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out. He quoted us at a very fair price of $340 for a two story 4 bedroom 3 bath with two living areas and an office in addition to the kitchen and dining room. It did take them all day but it was a big job and while I couldn't come back to the old property right away, they locked up for us! Very trustworthy! We came to inspect it the next morning and was blown away by the results! They were able to get toilet stains out of the toilets that I wasn't able to after a whole year living there!
