Dust, dirt, and debris were still visible in multiple rooms, and basic cleaning tasks appeared rushed or overlooked. What was even more disappointing was the owner's response when I brought these concerns to their attention. Rather than taking responsibility and willingly offering to return and make it right the owner refused to come back until I removed the negative Google review of which I refused to even consider until the job had been rectified. Mind you; I paid $300 for this cleaning service.
