Extraordinarily expensive for substandard services. The proprietor is charming but he cannot manage his staff, the turnover is incredibly high and there is zero continuity in quality or understanding between cleanings. What is most shocking is that Luciano, the founder, has become a huckster. He marks up any additional services by hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. He's little more than a middleman who takes advantage of folks without the time to find an alternative. What sickens me the most is that he casts himself as someone who's only in it to help immigrants find their feet in the country.
