I had a very bad experience at this BP gas station. My phone…read morewas completely dead, and I came in to buy a charging cable. I first asked which model I should get, and the employee told me to "just look." I checked the shelf where multiple chargers were displayed and asked again for clarification, but he was extremely impatient and unhelpful, only giving a vague answer without actually pointing out the correct item. I explained that my phone was off and I needed a charger to turn it on so I could pay with Apple Pay. Instead of trying to help, he responded in a rude and dismissive way, saying "that's not my problem." When I came back with a backup card from my car, he refused to complete the sale and acted extremely unprofessional. At one point he even claimed he "owns the business," which was confusing and inappropriate given he is just a regular employee. This employee, "Enes" (or similar name, as he introduced himself), was extremely rude throughout the interaction. I then left and went to another gas station (Valero), where the staff was polite, helpful, and had no issues assisting me at all. Luckily there were other gas stations nearby. If this had happened in a more remote area, imagine a traveler with a dead phone and no physical card--how is someone supposed to get basic help in that situation? Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. Very disappointing.

I especially appreciate that they take the time to clean both my front and rear windshields every visit, even if it is raining! The only minor downside is that they occasionally block off the further pumps, which can lead to a bit of a wait. Overall, a top-notch place to fuel up! I also needed an oil change. And, the check engine and 2 other lights came on the dashboard. I saw Mahwah Sunoco did exhaust repairs and had excellent reviews and are AAA recommended. I found out why they do. Bill took my car in and told me he would contact me when he had the diagnosis and price. He mentioned he would give the car an inspection and see what items may be showing concern. He called me and gave me a quote about 1/3 less than the others. He also mentioned that my tires are severely dry rotted, cracked and I could have a blow out. I knew I needed new tires but didn't realize they were that bad. He recommended tire for my car and the price was very affordable. There were a few other issues needing attention ( front brakes, serpentine belt, wipers and my battery was nearly dead ) so I approved all the work. I did neglect getting maintenance on my car due to lack of funds. I lost my job and having only been working part time. But, safety came first. I asked if one of his techs could give me a ride home. I do not have a smart phone & had nobody available to help me out. He was kind enough to call an Uber for me. What other place would do that ??!! Even though they were very busy with other customers, my car was ready in a few days ( including weekend ). Now it runs quiet and safe. I feel confident I am driving a safe car with quality work done by expert mechanical technicians. If you need you car repaired by a honest, friendly and competent service station, than you MUST use Mahwah Sunoco. You will be glad you did.

It is also the last gas station with NJ prices before you hit NY. During the weekend this place is crowded. I had a friend pick me up from the airport and we had to stop for gas and my flight was on a SAT we stopped here and the picture i will post with this review says it all.
