One of the reasons I have purchased gas at this station is that they have the same price for cash or credit. I usually don't go inside. Today I went inside as I had to use the restroom. The restroom was dirty. I came out and wanted to purchase 3 items. I was using my Business credit card to pay. It didn't complete the purchase when I put my card into the machine. The clerk said I should try another card. I asked if I could try & swipe it. As I tried to swipe it, the clerk said I couldn't use my Business card! He told me to try another card. I swiped another (non-business) card and it wouldn't go through. I asked him if he was having trouble with the machine. He said that he wasn't and that it was clearly my cards. He tried to take away the items I wanted to buy. I asked my husband to come in and somehow magically his card went through. Just a little background, the second card I swiped is linked to the same account as my husband's which means if his card approved the purchase, mine would to. The only reason I was unable to make the purchase is that the clerk was preventing me from doing so. I wouldn't care if the gas was free. I will never give them my business again.

This place is hostile, disrespectful, and unfit for customer service. I will be reporting this incident to corporate and to the owner directly. Outcome of inspection revealed calipers had been "hanging" And had been cleaned of rust and lubed recently... Jim told me to come in 3,000 miles to replace rear rotors, as they are to thin to cut again, new brake pads. My cost 30 minutes of Labor versus $450 at Mavis. I'll be back in 3,000 miles.
