I first asked which model I should get, and the employee told me to "just look." I checked the shelf where multiple chargers were displayed and asked again for clarification, but he was extremely impatient and unhelpful, only giving a vague answer without actually pointing out the correct item. I explained that my phone was off and I needed a charger to turn it on so I could pay with Apple Pay. Instead of trying to help, he responded in a rude and dismissive way, saying "that's not my problem." When I came back with a backup card from my car, he refused to complete the sale and acted extremely unprofessional. At one point he even claimed he "owns the business," which was confusing and inappropriate given he is just a regular employee. This employee, "Enes" (or similar name, as he introduced himself), was extremely rude throughout the interaction. I then left and went to another gas station (Valero), where the staff was polite, helpful, and had no issues assisting me at all. Luckily there were other gas stations nearby. If this had happened in a more remote area, imagine a traveler with a dead phone and no physical card--how is someone supposed to get basic help in that situation? Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. Very disappointing.

I especially appreciate that they take the time to clean both my front and rear windshields every visit, even if it is raining! The only minor downside is that they occasionally block off the further pumps, which can lead to a bit of a wait. Overall, a top-notch place to fuel up! I've had to go inside and they keep the store and restrooms extremely clean which is a pleasant experience for a gas stop!
