I had a very bad experience at this BP gas station. My phone…read morewas completely dead, and I came in to buy a charging cable. I first asked which model I should get, and the employee told me to "just look." I checked the shelf where multiple chargers were displayed and asked again for clarification, but he was extremely impatient and unhelpful, only giving a vague answer without actually pointing out the correct item. I explained that my phone was off and I needed a charger to turn it on so I could pay with Apple Pay. Instead of trying to help, he responded in a rude and dismissive way, saying "that's not my problem." When I came back with a backup card from my car, he refused to complete the sale and acted extremely unprofessional. At one point he even claimed he "owns the business," which was confusing and inappropriate given he is just a regular employee. This employee, "Enes" (or similar name, as he introduced himself), was extremely rude throughout the interaction. I then left and went to another gas station (Valero), where the staff was polite, helpful, and had no issues assisting me at all. Luckily there were other gas stations nearby. If this had happened in a more remote area, imagine a traveler with a dead phone and no physical card--how is someone supposed to get basic help in that situation? Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. Very disappointing.

Someone in upper management needs to come to this Valero and make sure to HANDLE this gas station…read moreattendant, because he is one of the biggest assholes I've ever met. You might wonder, why I'm taking the time to write a review about a gas station. Well this guy who serviced my car takes the cake on royally screwing things that are so simple up, a complete jackass. This guy, giving an attitude to me like no other, must be miserable and hate his exsistence, poor bastard seems like he hasn't had a good day in his whole life. First giving me grief about the simple transaction, the guy slammed the pump into my gas tank, with so much force it could have broke it. No idea why he was so pissed. Then, after finishing, he didn't put the gas cap back on my car, and it caused air to get in the tank and bring on the check engine light, which was not there before. After I found this out, I drove back to the gas station to call this guy out on his bullshit and he ran and hid from me, and no one did anything to reprimand this punk jackass. I hope someone from upper management comes down to axe this piece of crap to teach him a lesson in personality and human reletions. I hope people read this before they can AVOID this station, go somewhere else.
