Dr. Mirghassemi is amazing. I had problems for several years with a partial denture. I had to keep going back to my previous dentist way too many times trying to make it able to eat with it. Kept away from anything I had to chew and ate only soft food. I was so embarrassed to eat in a restaurant and would have to go to the restroom to remove it because it hurt so much. I just gave up. My husband recommended his dentist, Dr Mirghassemi, and I was really hesitant. She took impressions and ordered my new denture. The first time I wore it, I didn't even need an adjustment. She has changed my life. I don't have to be embarrassed to eat in a restaurant anymore. Thank you sooooo much. read more

I like to start off by saying that when I first met Dr M it was an emergency issue On a weekend and she got me right in to deal with the problem. Staff are wonderful and office is clean. My journey began when I broke a tooth and found out I needed and implant and new crown. Oh boy! The problem started when the tooth was in the front. If you have had implants you know that it takes months and I didn't want to go without a tooth. We cemented my broken tooth for the time and Dr M was going to make me something that would look like a tooth was there while healing. Went to the front desk and spoke with Billing/ reception. Having dental insurance it was explained that for her to make a false tooth it was not covered by insurance and if placed to insurance they would not cover my implant do to they insurance will figure its fixed, sounds ok. I was told this flipper was $1529. Well hard pill to swallow but it is what it is. Paid the bill and waited to hear back. Got a call to come to the office to pick up the temporary tooth until I had the work done that was scheduled in a couple weeks. To my horror when I got there it was this light thin piece of plastic with a colored spot Where my tooth won't be. I was told you can eat with it and only wear it outside. I was horrified and explained to the doctor that this was not what I anticipated nor do I think this self do mouth guard was anywhere near worth $1529.00. I was told thats my price. I went home and looked up online and the same thing is from $200 to $300 dollars. I called another specialist that had done three other of my implants but not on my dental plan. Had an appointment and said the coarse of treatment was the same. I showed him the retainer and he told me that is not what you need because it goes over all the teeth and causes germs on the gum line and it wont work. I told him how much I paid and with the face someone makes when you were ripped off but doesn't want to say he took an impression of my mouth and made me a solid temporary tooth and I paid $250.00. Called Dr M's office about above and left a message. received a call back a few days later that Dr M wanted me to come in to discuss treatment. So Wanting to hear what she wanted to say I meet with her. Told her how disappointed I was in the price to what she made verses what she charged and about the second opinion I had. She stated that I could chose her or the other dentist but she was not going to change the price. She told me she would submit to my insurance and I stated that I was told It will effect my implant payments. She stated yes but if you want some of the $1529 off that was the only way. So it became apparent that Dr M is very money hungry and doesn't truly care about the quality of her work. So needless to say she not only lost me as a patient but also lost other of my family members that went to her. So google flipper or retainer and see the price.. Enclosed picture of what I received and a hand written price of $1529.00 because this was an insurance estimate and this wasn't going to insurance. So disappointed.. i would not recommend Dr M. She appears nice and good at what she does but there is another side to her very money hungry and nickel and dimes you. Another family member had whole mouth work done over $50,000 and a crown fell off with weeks of being put on that she had placed on and Dr M charged her to put the crown back on. She didn't have dental insurance. Needless to say she lost that family member also as a patient. read more

Dr. Mirghassemi is a wonderful dentist~intelligent and caring with a great way of explaining things. I suffered with a horrible tooth predicament, and when my own dentist was due to call me back and didn't, I switched to Dr. M. Her office is pristine. Staff is competent and pleasant. You'd be in good hands at Dr. Mirghassemi's practice. Today I went for a more routine service and was also very pleased with my cleaning. read more

I have been coming to Dr. Mirghassemi since she opened her Danvers practice. I can't even begin to tell what a wonderful experience it has been from day one. Her entire staff is friendly and warm, they each have a personal touch and go the extra mile to make all of their clients special. I feel like a part of the family when I'm there, which is not a sentiment most people feel about going to the dentist! I recently went in for Zoom teeth whitening as I'm getting married and wanted a brighter smile - I was a bit fearful after reading reviews online. Luckily Dr Mirghassemi's office has the newest technology that was designed specifically to reduce sensitivity. Dr M and her staff explained every step of the procedure, I had no discomfort throughout. She said to call at any time if I had sensitivity or pain - but it wasn't necessary. I am THRILLED with my results. My smile is whiter and brighter and looks very natural. I am not someone who usually writes reviews, and when I have in the past it's been due to a bad experience. But this practice has never let me down, so I felt the kudo's was long overdue! read more
