I was told she…read morecouldn't tell me the price then but that once she could, if I thought it was too high she would shop around for other options. That never happened, she just began charging me. I called back and was told it was too late, who knows what the charge will be to cancel and I would have to wait until next year. Next time I called for clarification, explaining I had other quotes for less money and was told the fee to switch would have been minor. Isn't that the reason to have an insurance agent? Not here. Rude and impatient and don't care what the customer pays. Agency doesn't shop for cheaper policies. I've been paying for a ton of unnecessary coverage on my vehicles that kept increasing.

Then I was asked questions I thought was very intrusive and inapproiate. I feel like I was being set up for a theft. I don't recommend this agency. I felt uncomfortable with the questions. I questioned my friends, they said they weren't asked those questions for a quote. Living in Lynn most of my life, I don't think my instincts are that off. I found the experience very discouraging and scary. Trying to keep my business within the city, it seems impossible.
