We also enjoyed a nice lunch, my sausage was good but the potatoes and cabbage were really the star of the show. So yummy! We did not get the local beer treatment here where they replace your beer when it's half empty, which was probably a good thing. I could have drank it all day.

We of course ordered Kölsch, which they bring around to drop off full glasses as soon as you finish the last sip of your previous glass. My husband ordered lamb while my sister ordered pork cutlet... very very delicious, the potatoes were awesome no need to ask for salt or pepper... sauce and herb used were more than enough... highly recommended when you're in Koln, Germany. The Koln beer was even tasty considering I don't drink beer.
