We love coming to this Mahinax when we're in the area. They have cute clothes abs great customer service! We love the selecting of clothing they have here. Sunbathing for everyone, even my mom found something here. The value of the clothes are great. You get what you pay for. Come to this Mahina if you're ever in the area ladies. You'll be glad that you did. read more

I was thrilled that I found my fave clothing store in Maui! Then I found out it was the FIRST one (or OG) in the state!! Love the selection at this store!! Paia town is a great place to find good food, friendly people and great resort, beach and aloha wear!! read more

Love their jewelry and clothes. Great customer service. Much better pricing compared to other women's clothing stores. My favorite store to visit. read more

I love this store! I have shopped at all the Mahina stores in Maui but this is my favorite one! I always have better luck finding something I have to have at this location. Okay I usually end up with 3 or 4 items! The styles are very cool and beachy and there are plenty to choose from. I also love that the clothes feel so soft. I also have to mention the great service and friendly staff there to assist you. read more

Best customer service! Great quality items!! Love this brand. I have done two orders from this shop for items I can't pick up in person- they are so nice to work with and go out of their way for the customers! They make the shipping process so easy and provide exemplary, super friendly service. Definitely recommend! read more

Very neutral colors, natural fabric store. Earrings $11-15, necklaces. Shorts for $48, tops for $24-38. I like brights, so I just followed my daughter around here. Friendly salesperson. read more

Located on Baldwin Avenue in Paia Town, Mahina is much like Mahina stores on Oahu except that the staff here were unusually curt and unfriendly. That is unusual because most of the staff we dealt with this entire Memorial Day weekend on Maui were warm and friendly and very helpful, even offering kamaaina discounts! read more

I am 60, and I thought that this shop was too young for me. . . But I walked through quickly but then stopped. There's something here for everyone, and the prices are quite reasonable. I found two linen tops and a beautiful sundress that didn't make me look like I was trying to look 20. Definitely worth stopping in every time I come to Maui! read more

This Botique is as cute as a button! I came across this Botique when I decided to spend a day in Maui (while vacationing in Oahu). I didn't expect to find Pai'a such a cute town! I was just gonna go to the fish market to grab some Poke. Back to the Botique, they have such cute stuff but still very reasonable price! Most of the stuff they have, I have not seen anywhere else, and trust me, I frequent botiques when i travel. When I got there around 7, I don't have much time left to look around since I have to catch a flight at 9p and still have to drive to the airport and return my rental. I browse really quick and found some treasures right away! I bought a blue maxi dress, just like the dress that Rihanna wore on her video for "stay". I paid 15 for a pretty dress! I also got a neck lace that had the word "love" on it in cursive ad bought a ring that has the word "love" on it to match. I spent less than $40 for everything! I was pretty happy with my purchase! This Botique is so cute, so organize, very reasonable and has really great items! Must visit if you're in Pai'a! read more

Super friendly staff and great layout of store and display of clothes. It's not too crammed and you can visually see everything perfectly. I found a dress that came in 4 different colors; I wanted them ALL but just picked one (a gorgeous burnt orange brown dress that hugged perfectly and got a ton of compliments) read more

Great Clothes and Great Prices. The collection of clothing here is just my taste. If you like light neutral earth tones and pastels than you are in for a treat. The place has such amazing pieces of clothing and the customer service is fab. Def. check this place out on your way in or out of Maui! read more

Trouble is spelled Mahina. This place+me=aloha money. There are cute dresses galore, accessories EVERYWHERE (I died and went to heaven), great discounted shoes, awesome hand bags...and accessories. Everywhere. Cheap. Sparkly. Holy cow. The prices here are really reasonable, which makes this spot even better. You'd think that when surrounded by marked up, touristy driven prices they'd want to compete. But they keep it real here, which ultimately made me want to spend more. SMART! Check this: I bought 2 bracelets, a ring, an adorable shirt (that I get a ton of compliments on) and a pair of platform shoes for only $100 total. With tax. Holla! The woman working that day we were in, who's name I can't remember, was super kind and gracious. She had lived in California as well, so we were chatting up a storm. I appreciated here eagerness to help. I would gladly return here again and spend even more money next time. read more

This review is for all Mahina stores I've been to: 2 in Maui and 1 in Oahu. They are all equally as great! Always new stuff coming in...unique digs, too. Love their dresses, tops, shoes and especially the jewelry! You'll find pieces here you won't find anywhere else...especially on the mainland. Love how they have different prints and styles, and plenty of colors too! Whenever I'm here I grab a few pretty numbers for my friends, fam and coworkers, and of COURSE I grab lots for myself, too! This is just what Maui needed, seriously. Cute, breezy, fun fashion that's totally NOT Forever 21. Quality boutique and totally affordable! Try it...you'll like it! read more

Visited this store on today. Walked in and although there were two sales ladies, not one greeted me. I continued to look around and went into the dressing room. Again not one sales person approached me. Although I liked the outfit I tried on, I walked out. I don't appreciate poor customer service and not being acknowledged. I can take my business elsewhere. read more

Oh wow...the minute I walked into the store, I knew I was in trouble. The adorable dresses...really reasonable prices..I knew I was about to do some retail damage! I seriously want to buy every single dress in the store! Most of them cost $40 range and for the quality of the clothes, it's a pretty good deal. They also have fun accessories, jewelry and bags. So far it's my favorite store on the island! I'm so so glad they have 2 on Oahu! read more

Why did I have to find this place on my LAST day on the island???? I could've been wearing the cutest dresses the whole time! Amazing selection and unreal prices. Hands down the best little dress store on the island. I just wish I didn't eat so many cheeseburgers :S When in Paia, visit Mahina!!! You'll be so glad you did! read more

I am a long term customer of Mahina and recently went through a situation that made me more appreciative than ever. I bought a gift card at the store to give to a friend in her birthday. My friend lost the card and I decided to go back to store in the attempt of finding a solution. The manager heard me out and after some days she contacted me saying they were able to void the old gift card and place a new one for me. I know how hard that must have been and the time that must have taken because there wasn't any kind of code number linking my purchase to a specific gift card. I consider to be so important to go above and beyond for clients since that's exactly what I do whenever my clients have any issue, so I'm very happy with the customer service I received and just made me more loyal to this store. Of course on the top of all reasons it's their amazing selection of clothes and accessories, but a bad customer service would have made me look elsewhere! Thanks a lot!! read more

Great store with unique maxi dresses, wraps, jumpers and beautiful earrings and necklaces! I spent an hour hear purchasing almost everything in the store in my size!!! Love it read more

Mahina's been around Maui for 10 years. That's no accident! Girls grab the hottest island fashions there without breaking the bank in a mellow environment. I love going in there and seeing all the beautiful smiles and happy customers. Why because the owners are there making them happy. One magical boutique! No filler all killer! read more

My all time favorite boutique on the island!!! Such an incredible place to go shopping for unique items to add to your wardrobe- or to a friends as gifts!! I am normally greeted by the friendly staff, and the friendlier the staff, to be honest, the more likely I am to purchase more during my time spent there! They have cute clothes that tend to last, and jewelry that is elegant and very island-style! I've also bought shoes there and they are comfy and long-lasting as well... pretty much 5 stars all around! read more

As a Maui resident, I visit theor local stores infrequently and am usually content to browse on my own without assistance. I do draw the line at negative assistance such as was the case today. My friend and I were completely ingnored until we - God forbid- looked in the "backstock" drawer. Well we wouldn't have had to if we had been attended to... And there was no need to be so rude (read BITCHY) ,about it either. Fyi - all your stock was NOT out on display. We left without a purchase and will think twice about returning long while! read more

When my boyfriend and I stopped in Paia before continuing our adventure on the Road to Hana, the desire to have an all-day visit in the San Francisco-esque town was almost too strong. I started begging my boyfriend to slow his driving to a crawl so I could peek into the shop windows. We went back two days later and I could hardly contain my excitement. Mahina was not the first shop I came across, but the impression really left a massive print in my shopper's heart. It was the original store that I visited, and of course it had to be the coolest and most inviting of all the ones I've passed by or browsed in. It truly compliments the coolness of the town it's in -- a nice size for a boutique, rustic and chic in it's interior, clothes and accessories that say, "Ya I look awesome but I'm not even trying." It's like being in a store on Height and Ashbury, but with an unmistakable, laid back Hawaiian vibe. This boutique, as chic as it looks, definitely has aloha spirit. Their customer service is excellent, and they've shown me great care in resolving an issue back on the mainland. Whenever I am back in the islands, I will be visiting them, and I cannot wait till their online store is up and running. I know it's going to be just as cool as the original. read more

Such a cool store with really cute and cool stuff but YIKES what horrible service!! My friend and I popped in after dinner one evening and one of the sales chicks loudly tells us that "We close at 8" ... given that it was 20 after 7 I ignored her; and then she laughed when she realized that it was nowhere near close to closing time - if I wasn't such a refined and classy chick, I would have reacted and did my best to ignore and avoid her. It's hard to get over small stuff like that and the rudeness left such a bad feeling between the two of us that it was a big relief to exit without making any purchases [think Pretty Woman...us with our AMEX Platinum/no limit credit cards] ... you just lost us as customers forever. There was a cute little boho shop around the corner, close to Rock n Brews with THE nicest, friendliest sales girl who, I hope, works on commission cause we blew it up in there!! Your loss Mahina - blech. read more

Love this shop. Gals that work there are friendly and shop is awesome. Lots of cute things to buy and the pricing is super fantastic!

really cute outfits!! i was shopping in paia .and paia being so small, i didn't hadn't realized that mahina was actually a small chain of boutique clothing stores (there's another lahinana). they carry women's clothing, accessories, and shoes only. the space is very comfortable but surprisingly they have a pretty extensive and coordinated collection without feeling claustrophobic. most of their outfits are dresses and tops with a beachy feel *wispy, light colored * but they have a few edgier outfits as well. prices are "reasonable" for a touristy town. dresses range from $30+. they have a clearance section in the back but most were too large for me. read more

Resident. Semi-regular customer. IGNORED by snooty sales girl until we dared touch the apparently forbidden "back stock". Would love to swear off Mahina for life but...that's about as realistic as swearing off Costco or Macy's. However.....thoroughly disappointed and offended. Temporary self-ban enforced. Not like they'd notice. But it's the principle! Or something...... read more

It was like walking into someone's closet! That's really the best way to describe it. So much clothes, color coordinated, and jam packed into one place. Best place to go and find an outfit for any occasion. A Must See! read more

This is our favorite boutique on Maui. We always come home with awesome finds that are unlike anything back home. We mahina!

Very cute fashion boutique! Similar to some in Los Angeles! They have a great selection of various items from bandeau tops to long maxi dresses and heels! The jewelry is SO cute and very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this shop to fashionistas who want some cute little outfits! read more

This is a must see in the cute, unpretentious, hippy dippy town of Paia - I love this area of Maui! I stumbled into the Mahina boutique and was surprised to find a wide variety of sexy, cute, comfortable, breezy, feminine clothing at astonishingly affordable prices. I picked up a beautiful white beach cover up. I was helped by Rachelle, who is an absolute doll! She knows the store very well and can help you find exactly what you're looking for. She was so helpful and had a fantastic attitude, so that's why I vote for Mahina to be my favorite clothing store in all of Maui. Mahalo! read more

Cute women's clothing, jewelry and bags at reasonable prices! I really enjoyed the fashion in here... Not too crazy but enough to stop and stare at someone wearing their clothes (in a good way). read more

I've seen the same exact pieces at Forever 21. This shop may have inexpensive prices but they still have an extremely high markup. The $25 tank top should be sold for $15 at most. The girls that work there were extremely sweet and helpful, but that it all this FALSE VALUE "boutique" has going for it. read more

Brightly-colored, very well priced dresses and blouses. Fun!

Something for everyone! Very friendly and warm staff! A place for locals and visitors. Not like some of the other boutiques that wouldn't even give us a look! Bright and airy! Fragrant and fresh! A cozy escape from the heat on the street! read more

There's so many cute affordable things here but the staff is so iffy. Nobody was directly rude to me but they are not eager to assist you in the least. One person let me stand at the counter for more than 5 minutes while she fixed a mannequin. The store was really busy and I would have rather had been waiting because she was helping a real customer not fiddling with the mannequin. I'm still very happy with my purchases and I think many women would find Mahina hard to resist with their selection and prices. read more

Mahina gave my daughter and I an amazing experience in an unpretentious setting. They had well priced clothes and jewelry that was interesting, fun and well made. My husband enjoyed the experience as well. My daughter and me loved the selection of dresses and tops. We were OVERJOYED to find another Mahina in Lanina as well. We will be ordering online from Oakland! read more
