Pictures were left crooked on the walls and and the clean of my kitchen was certainly not deep. I appreciated a call from customer service when I made a complaint and received a discount on the fee, but I could not recommend this service based on my experience. I hope that Aboutime can make some changes and improvements to the service so future customers will leave 5 star reviews!

My house was not a mess either as I typically have a cleaner who comes a of couple times per week to clean, since she is on vacation this week I figured I'd get a company to come and do a "deep clean" so that it would be tidy and I hoped it would be even a bit better than normal. I spoke to this company they told me they would do a "deep clean" and make sure everything was very clean. For €220 they basically did a sloppy version of a regular clean, two people came and after 3 hours I was told they were done and for me to confirm it was a good job. I went around to look and it barely looked as if they did anything. Dirty and stains from the night before were still on the floor, crumbs on the window sills, dust on the cupboards their website says: "We vacate all the cupboards to provide a deep cleaning experience" "We also clean fixtures and polish the surface correctly" " We clean all the tiles, ledges, and frameworks" SIMPLY NOT TRUE!! All they did was waste a Saturday morning for me and overcharge me for it. They talk a really great game before the clean but the standard in my case was very poor. A general cleaner would have done just as good at a fraction of the the price. I don't know what he put his time in at, at the job, but it definitely wasn't all cleaning.
