New repairman was shocked that I even spent 10k, let alone that the entire shower unit was installed incorrectly, presented a fire hazard, and that simple tiles needed to be sealed. We are a young couple and this is our first home and we feel completely done by this company. They left us with a chimney that looked like it had been rendered by a primary school class, gutters that were twisted and spilled, downpipes with screws sticking into them that trapped debris and clogged the pipe, a downpipe that missed the shore and simply flood the place, a hole in the chimney that you could put your fist into which hadn't been filled, flashing that didn't do its job - and much more. We have photos, taken by the guy who is up there now fixing their botched mess. Unlike them, he takes photos to show before and after. They never came back to fix up after themselves. We threatened legal action but our lawyer advised us that they could just go bust and start again under a new name. They gave us a 15-year guarantee. Avoid them, and warn others!

In addition to partially cleaning the fascia boards, he left all the dirt from the gutters, roof and fascia on the paths.
