We recently had a horrible experience with Lowe's in Ludington - they had measured and the carpet came in 5 feet too short (feet, not inches) and they didn't come through trying to rectify the problem. Being that we were only up for a scheduled week to complete a farmhouse project, we ran to West Michigan Carpet for help. Dominic, our usual sales person, was out of the office but another team member helped us find a good Shaw carpet in stock and it was installed THE NEXT DAY. They really saved us this time Thank you.

We only had to wait a few days then installation was top notch.  The installers did a great job as noticed by us the home owners and the Linoleum guy we hired after the carpet was installed. The installers were kind and patient as I asked (probably 1 million) questions and gave me confident answers with the reassurance of "we got this".  When there was a slight mis-communication issue between the measurer/order/installer the hiccup was taken care of immediately and we didn't even miss a beat! We are so happy with WRC and their staff and service!
