We recently had a horrible experience with Lowe's in Ludington - they had measured and the carpet came in 5 feet too short (feet, not inches) and they didn't come through trying to rectify the problem. Being that we were only up for a scheduled week to complete a farmhouse project, we ran to West Michigan Carpet for help. Dominic, our usual sales person, was out of the office but another team member helped us find a good Shaw carpet in stock and it was installed THE NEXT DAY. They really saved us this time Thank you.

I have another project for another property and they have give a very competitive quote. Because of their quality of work and the time of the year there is a lot demand for their services. The only complaint here is now I have another project for asphalting a driveway on another property and because of their busy schedule they are unable to give a time estimate for them to come out, even if the timeframe is somewhere two months out or more, it doesn't matter to me. After having a conversation with Dan, who is very nice, he explained the dynamics of the business and what factors contribute to not being able to define a time. I still hope to do business with them because of their high reputation even if it means a later time down the road.

You wouldn't offer me a replacement part option even though the parts are under the factory warranty I do. He told me that he'd exchange her how to factory recall and I asked for a manufacturer's bulletin. The bulletin he provided stated The furnace needs an additional grounding wire for a lot of models in my model was not one of them.. Dishonest, Deceptive, And clearly is not trained in basic service and maintenance on heating equipment. He clearly only cared about selling me new equipment equipment and not resolving my basic me this thing my basic maintenance problem.
