Being that we were only up for a scheduled week to complete a farmhouse project, we ran to West Michigan Carpet for help. Dominic, our usual sales person, was out of the office but another team member helped us find a good Shaw carpet in stock and it was installed THE NEXT DAY. They really saved us this time Thank you.

After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.
