We picked one out, got preapproved, and came in to sign paperwork within 30 minutes, driving home in an amazing 2026 Chevy Traverse. This process was incredibly too smooth, it felt like we stole the car it was so quick! Their warrantees and trade in value for my truck was a great advantage as well. We of course will be back!

Highly recommended.

The Absolute Best RV Buying Experience!…read more I can't say enough good things about Howard RV Center. From the moment I first reached out via email, Dan Hilton was incredible. He provided perfect, detailed information that made me feel confident even before I stepped onto the lot. When we arrived, Dan went above and beyond by personally picking us up at the airport. That kind of service is rare these days and truly touched us. The entire process--from the test drive to the detailed walkthrough with the expert technician--was flawless and professional. Our most recent experience was especially frustrating. We had an appointment at 9:30 AM to have a check-engine light diagnosed. After dropping the car off, we heard nothing all day. At 5:00 PM, I finally called to find out whether the car was ready and was told they had not even had a chance to look at it. At that time, I was told they would waive the $220 diagnostic fee for the inconvenience. When we returned the following day, our service advisor, Jason, told us he had checked with the service department and they were unable to waive the fee after all. With tax, we paid approximately $246 simply to be told what repairs were needed, which would have cost another roughly $800. What makes this particularly disappointing is that we previously had an excellent Mercedes-Benz service department in Charlotte. We know firsthand the level of customer service Mercedes owners can receive, and our experiences in Wilmington have been nowhere close. When someone purchases a luxury vehicle, the service department is a major part of the ownership experience. After purchasing two vehicles here, we expected much better communication, follow-through, and customer service--especially when we were specifically told a charge would be waived. Unfortunately, the service experience has now cost this dealership our future business. This will be the last Mercedes we purchase from Bob King Mercedes-Benz.
