STAFF: Friendly and work hard to resolve any problems you may incur pretty quick AMENITIES: - (CLUBHOUSE) is only open during business hours: 2 TV areas to relax at, fireplace sitting area, FREE residential coffee bar, nice new clean bathrooms, and business area (3 MAC PCs, 1 Windows PCs, 1 Printer/Copier/Scanner, and the use of their office equipment upon request). (MASSAGE ROOM) is open between 0600-2200 with a preferred massage therapist on call and lives on property. (MEDIA ROOM) is open between 0600-2200 and has access to nice clean bathrooms. - (GYM) is open 24/7: Lots of NEW equipment to choose from, free weights (dumbbells), and a private yoga room. - (POOL AREA) is open between 0600-2200: Salt water pool (5ft) with what seems to be a hot tub area that is being used as a kids pool (3ft) area, 2 charcoal grills, a nice covered granite countertop sitting/eating area, handicap pool access chair, lots of lounge and sunbathing chairs. - (PROPERTY): Pet areas, nice covered mail area, and rental garages. UTILITIES: None included that I can recall, but all units have valet trash. UNITS: There is a regular unit and then there is a concierge unit. Like most apartments, you can hear some outside traffic/discussions and foot traffic on the stairs. *NO Elevators* (Regular Units): Have basic flooring, appliances, lighting, fans, formica countertops (bathrooms and kitchen), large walk-in closets, railed patio area, and W/D hookups. Parking is whomever can get it first, but with plenty of parking available for your family and guest. (Concierge Units) *This is where we stay*: Have upgraded laminate wood looking floors (living room), upgraded carpet in (bedrooms), tile floors in (bathrooms), large garden SOAKING tub *no jets* (master bath), stainless steal appliances, granite countertops (bathrooms and kitchen), upgraded lights/fans, large walk-in closets, railed patio, and W/D INCLUDED with unit. Parking is RESERVED, but to whomever gets it first. SECURITY: Semi-gated complex, with drive through entry gates only. The pedestrian walk gate is currently being fixed (as of 3/7/2014), but if you walk about 10 yards to the side of the complex there is no fence. Each unit has private alarm panels for you to activate at your cost with any carrier you choose (ALL windows and doors have sensors). I have seen law enforcement vehicles parked at one of the buildings, so it is nice to know they choose to live here and from what I hear that individual is the onsite security officer. BILLING: Everything to include credit cards, but charge a processing fee. They also have a residential portal page for additional billing instructions... CONCERNS: - The views aren't great, but I have seem worse in the area - No playgrounds for the wee ones - No sports areas (basketball, racquetball, tennis courts) - No outdoor fire pits to lounge around *HARD TO FIND* - Minor things with the construction that could have given the units a nicer appearance, but can be overlooked being brand new! *Smells like a brand new home* - Some outside noise that can be heard in the unit, but not too bad - As of 3/7/2014 there is NO car care center, but was informed they are working on it slowly - Window issues and the outside screens keep falling off, but the maintenance manager works hard to keep them in and is trying to come up with a resolution to fix the problem - No recycling program yet OVERALL: We love it and it is always great to live in a brand new place! I highly recommend...

I had a c-section, and the manager offered to go get groceries for me while I was recovering. I appreciated it so much. The front office always puts on a social event every month open to all residents. They make living here amazing. The maintenance workers would bring my heavy boxes up to my apartment for me when I got too big/pregnant to carry them myself. And they are quick to fix any problems. The apartments themselves are nice. I love the kitchen. All Black appliances. Cabinetry is plentiful and good. Washer dryer hook-ups. Wooden floors in the entryway and kitchen. I have a decent sized 2/2 with a sunroof instead of a balcony. Carpet throughout except in the bathrooms. Lots of power outlets, and lighting. Ceiling fans in all rooms. The grounds are really quiet. The complex offers valet trash that collects everyday except Friday and Saturday. Laundry room has four washers and dryers. The clubhouse is state of the art with a massage room, mini TV/theatre room that offers gaming consoles and free netflix. A gym and pool is on sight. All the comforts of home.

This is an almost daily problem. This smell is intrusive, pervasive, and overwhelming and keeps you from being able to enjoy the space you're paying to stay in. Many residents have complained to no avail, and some have left. Some have financial challenges and face difficulty finding another place to live. Some have families and little children who are exposed. Even repeated complaints to the leasing office have not resulted in the removal of these residents. The rooms are also ridden with pests that seem to find a way into your apartment no matter what you do. Amazingly, there are nails on the ground from work done around the property, and they pose a real danger. They are difficult to see unless you are looking for them or unless you step on one, which I actually did. Thankfully, I did not get infected but it would have been a very different situation if I had been. This property is not a good place to stay. I'd strongly encourage anyone looking for a place to stay to avoid Stevens Creek Commons.

Hope helped me with everything any little question or concern I had was resolved right then and there and when I was not able to get to her Ms. SarahTate stepped right in and helped me with no problem! They are absolutely the sweetest people! The small concerns that I had inside my unit was fixed within the first 2 days of my move in date. Nothing major though! I recommend this community to anyone! It is very quiet, close to a lot of places and the added amenities are even better!! Thank you for the service you guys have provided.

Let's start off with the flooding outside of the apartment complex. There is no active drainage…read moresystem for when we get hit with heavy storms. There is now a pond in front of our building. To make things better this is the 2nd time this month that there has been car break-ins and I know the leasing office is aware of this. So what is getting done about it?

BEWARE: THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY SEEM! DON'T SIGN LEASE BEFORE…read moreYOU SEE THE APARTMENT YOU'RE RENTING!. No not the model, but your actual unit. We just moved here late December 2016 due to lease ending and to save money. Not even a week before move in my apartment was changed 3 times. Mind you you have to transfer electric and cable or Internet services which are scheduled. THINGS TO LOOK FOR: Cracks in your walls (don't worry they will come fix with some PAINT), check for Mildew smell (it's your carpet probably from a leak or flooding), which brings me to plumbing check to see if there is a water issue. Make sure it's clear and also hot. Bugs and I mean ALL bugs! Don't fall for the we have pest control because they don't come out until you call them to come. To touch on the BUG PORTION a little more: BED BUGS!! NOTHING PAINT IN A NEWLY RENTED APARTMENT WILL NOT FIX! I didn't get a walk through with my unit. I had to sign my lease which is quite long while my uhaul was loaded parked outside the office. (Too late to say forget this) there are some areas where I CAUTION YOU: BED BUG ADDENDUM: your choices are you did not have them before and you don't see any (mind you how can you see them if you have not seen your apartment?) So even though you are reassured there are none, f@€k that you need to request a document saying when it was last treated. Early March 2017 saw a bug killed it wasn't sure what it was (new Beds). End March screaming child, had to call someone! If you find one or a few you are to let them know guess what? They will send some one out to check and then YOU are now on the hook for paying for treatment! $1050 and no guarantee it will solve the issue. Also the company will provide additional spray services for a fee of $100+ per room if the service they already did not solve the issue. Now the so called expert said they have been here 4 months. Signed 12/22/17 not living there due to utility companies schedule and hmm xmas! Kids not back until after New Years. Not adding up right? NOW FOR THOSE THAT HAVE $1050.00 laying around (throw away $) plus whatever new furniture you have to replace this is your place Money Pit Central. For everyone else if you can't drum up the money you will soon be evicted (failure to to cooperate breach of contract ). Mail boxes easily broken in! I love living in these apartments. Britnee has been one of the best apartment managers I've had…read more She has been fully hands-on and given me a great experience. The rent is affordable, which is so important right now. It's a great size, located right on top of the pond. The view is terrific, and I don't see myself moving anytime soon. Emma is just as lovely. Consider this place if you want to be close to Grovetown, North Augusta, and Augusta University. I'm grateful for the staff and my home :)

I wouldn't recommend these apartments (SPRINGHOUSE) in Augusta Ga to anyone not even my worse…read moreenemies. I would advise to look for another (newer) apartment in the area. Since me and my partner moved in we encountered a number of issues and when we moved out they made our move out experience hell/stressful; they found every little thing that they could to charge us with so they could put money into their pockets. They charged us over $3000 total and wanted it paid within 90 days from move out date. We asked for an extension due to the amount being large and it wasn't granted. We were willing to pay but they were just eager to send our stuff to collections to hurt our credit. They gave us back partial of our deposit. Deposit $1200 Received back $300 but they put it towards move out charges. The staff doesn't work with you, they take lunch breaks or come into the office when they want to, they don't have no empathy or respect for their renters, they are rude and they aren't helpful at all. The app they use to pay rent doesn't always work and they still will charge you a late fee of an additional $100. If you try to pay with a cashiers check, they would state that they can't take it but they actually can. They are very unprofessional. It's like they want you to fail, it's ridiculous. They don't answer the phones. I had to contact the manager Janay via email. 1.) The apartments are old and need to be remodeled; torn down and rebuilt 2.) When it rains, the carpets get soaked and wet to the point where you can't even walk on them due to the wall/carpet lining not being sealed properly. This created mildew and mold in the carpet. Also caused bugs to enter apartment from the cracks. We reported the issue to maintenance and to the office staff Keonda (Keondra); maintenance man came in with no supplies, looked at the issue, marked the ticket resolved and never came back to resolve it. During the move out process, they charged us $661 for carpet repairs alone due to the mildew smell, but total they charged us over $3000. We asked for the charges to be removed as we have proof (maintenance request, videos, photos etc.) that this issue was created due to the fault of the apartment and the manager Janay stated that we had to pay within 90 days or it will be sent to collections. The carpets also got soaked and wet also from the ac unit being backed up with water and they would have to come vacuum it out every time. 3.) There was a leak from the bedroom windows, from the bottom of the sink pipes, from the air vents, pipes, as well as in the bathroom on the top of the ceiling 4.) The appliances they give you are faulty and old. Our freezer went out on us during the first week we moved in and all of our groceries melted and got spoiled and the food we could save we had to pack and take to a relatives house until they gave us a new one. It took two maintenance request for them to resolve the issue. The dishwasher had mold water inside of it when we moved in and we never used it. We always hand wash our dishes. 5.) They sent out emails stating that they are going to do their annual maintenance inspections and they don't 6.) There are NO lights in the bedrooms. I repeat there are NO lights in the bedrooms. The light switches are present which indicate lights are supposed to be in there but they were missing/removed. You will have to use the light from the kitchen for your living room depending on which apartment layout you have and the lights from the hallway for the bedrooms. You will have to purchase lamps for the bedrooms. 7.) Pest control service used is horrible. Encountered water bug and roach problem and the exterminator made it worse. It's so many other things as well but this is just a few. Do Not Consider These Apartments As A Option At All!!!!! I should have took the warnings from the other comments. I have provided a few pics as well.
