(MEDIA ROOM) is open between 0600-2200 and has access to nice clean bathrooms. - (GYM) is open 24/7: Lots of NEW equipment to choose from, free weights (dumbbells), and a private yoga room. - (POOL AREA) is open between 0600-2200: Salt water pool (5ft) with what seems to be a hot tub area that is being used as a kids pool (3ft) area, 2 charcoal grills, a nice covered granite countertop sitting/eating area, handicap pool access chair, lots of lounge and sunbathing chairs. - (PROPERTY): Pet areas, nice covered mail area, and rental garages. Like most apartments, you can hear some outside traffic/discussions and foot traffic on the stairs. *NO Elevators* (Regular Units): Have basic flooring, appliances, lighting, fans, formica countertops (bathrooms and kitchen), large walk-in closets, railed patio area, and W/D hookups. Parking is whomever can get it first, but with plenty of parking available for your family and guest. (Concierge Units) *This is where we stay*: Have upgraded laminate wood looking floors (living room), upgraded carpet in (bedrooms), tile floors in (bathrooms), large garden SOAKING tub *no jets* (master bath), stainless steal appliances, granite countertops (bathrooms and kitchen), upgraded lights/fans, large walk-in closets, railed patio, and W/D INCLUDED with unit. Parking is RESERVED, but to whomever gets it first. SECURITY: Semi-gated complex, with drive through entry gates only. The pedestrian walk gate is currently being fixed (as of 3/7/2014), but if you walk about 10 yards to the side of the complex there is no fence. Each unit has private alarm panels for you to activate at your cost with any carrier you choose (ALL windows and doors have sensors). I have seen law enforcement vehicles parked at one of the buildings, so it is nice to know they choose to live here and from what I hear that individual is the onsite security officer. BILLING: Everything to include credit cards, but charge a processing fee. They also have a residential portal page for additional billing instructions... The front office always puts on a social event every month open to all residents. They make living here amazing. The maintenance workers would bring my heavy boxes up to my apartment for me when I got too big/pregnant to carry them myself. And they are quick to fix any problems. The apartments themselves are nice. I love the kitchen. All Black appliances. Cabinetry is plentiful and good. Washer dryer hook-ups. Wooden floors in the entryway and kitchen. I have a decent sized 2/2 with a sunroof instead of a balcony. Carpet throughout except in the bathrooms. Lots of power outlets, and lighting. Ceiling fans in all rooms. The grounds are really quiet. The complex offers valet trash that collects everyday except Friday and Saturday. Laundry room has four washers and dryers. The clubhouse is state of the art with a massage room, mini TV/theatre room that offers gaming consoles and free netflix. A gym and pool is on sight. All the comforts of home.

I've had the same work order in for fixing my bathroom ceiling for three months now, at this point I've had more time without a finished bathroom than I have with one. Disingenuous staff that make promises to fix things and then never follow through. Not to mention the fact you pay for valet trash, then pay for the weight of the trash they send off every month, a monthly washer-dryer fee, and double-charge water bills, adding an extra $200 onto rent. A terrible complex in every way except location. They've always got a new food truck coming in with questionable-looking slop though :)

Ive had to call them every year about the AC.Even before the pandemic, it was very difficult to get ahold of staff during their alleged business hours which means you can't pay rent, or pick up packages. They bill themselves as a gated community, but the gate rarely works. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

There are planned activities for the residents such as salsa night with food and salsa lessons, trivia night with pizza, and more. If I had advice to the apartment owners, start charging more for pet owners to pay a maintenance team to pick up all the fecal matter. There are areas you can't walk around because pet owners allow their dogs to use it as a toilet. Some people just aren't responsible enough to have pets, PERIOD! Long story short, my friend and said goddaughter moved in together here, two months In the gd decided to cancel the lease after partying in NC for a week. My friend needed help bad because they didn't give her any rights to the apartment and they pretty much left her to the wind. Before the gd left she decided to slash my friends matress, break furniture, left her room a smelly gross mess which I cleaned myself, on top of stealing belongings from me and my friend. At first when we still had a month on the cancelled lease Barbara told us the gd had to turn her key in and had no reason to return for the last month because she already had a new place. Even after all that I decided to help pick up the lease with her because she had no other option at the time. After we informed Barbara about what had happened she did not work with her. She acted as though she deserved what happened to her and was condescending towards us both. She would send management to the apartement without a work notice, we came to her with the money for an entire years rent so we wouldn't have to deal with her as much and she said we still needed a cosigner. She made it very apparent that she really didn't want us there so we took the hint and will be vacating this location. Her gd also came back out of the blue, unlocked the door with her key and acted like nothing happened at all. We confronted her and her father about at least getting our stolen items back and she pretty much ran out of the house talking shit. We went to barbara and asked how she can do this if her key is turned in? She cuts me off and says she can come and go whenever she wants and smiled. I informed her we were taking our money elsewhere, we didn't feel comfortable with their behaviour and we will be telling people how it really is here. Her family seems to make a hobby out of descrimination and if they don't want you there they will make you miserable. The only reason I put one star at least is that my neighbors were awesome and maintenance was very pleasant and quick with their work.

Since me and my partner moved in we encountered a number of issues and when we moved out they made our move out experience hell/stressful; they found every little thing that they could to charge us with so they could put money into their pockets. They charged us over $3000 total and wanted it paid within 90 days from move out date. We asked for an extension due to the amount being large and it wasn't granted. We were willing to pay but they were just eager to send our stuff to collections to hurt our credit. They gave us back partial of our deposit. Deposit $1200 Received back $300 but they put it towards move out charges. The staff doesn't work with you, they take lunch breaks or come into the office when they want to, they don't have no empathy or respect for their renters, they are rude and they aren't helpful at all. The app they use to pay rent doesn't always work and they still will charge you a late fee of an additional $100. If you try to pay with a cashiers check, they would state that they can't take it but they actually can. They are very unprofessional. It's like they want you to fail, it's ridiculous. They don't answer the phones. I had to contact the manager Janay via email. 1.) The apartments are old and need to be remodeled; torn down and rebuilt 2.) When it rains, the carpets get soaked and wet to the point where you can't even walk on them due to the wall/carpet lining not being sealed properly. This created mildew and mold in the carpet. Also caused bugs to enter apartment from the cracks. We reported the issue to maintenance and to the office staff Keonda (Keondra); maintenance man came in with no supplies, looked at the issue, marked the ticket resolved and never came back to resolve it. During the move out process, they charged us $661 for carpet repairs alone due to the mildew smell, but total they charged us over $3000. We asked for the charges to be removed as we have proof (maintenance request, videos, photos etc.) that this issue was created due to the fault of the apartment and the manager Janay stated that we had to pay within 90 days or it will be sent to collections. The carpets also got soaked and wet also from the ac unit being backed up with water and they would have to come vacuum it out every time. 3.) There was a leak from the bedroom windows, from the bottom of the sink pipes, from the air vents, pipes, as well as in the bathroom on the top of the ceiling 4.) The appliances they give you are faulty and old. Our freezer went out on us during the first week we moved in and all of our groceries melted and got spoiled and the food we could save we had to pack and take to a relatives house until they gave us a new one. It took two maintenance request for them to resolve the issue. The dishwasher had mold water inside of it when we moved in and we never used it. We always hand wash our dishes. 5.) They sent out emails stating that they are going to do their annual maintenance inspections and they don't 6.) There are NO lights in the bedrooms. I repeat there are NO lights in the bedrooms. The light switches are present which indicate lights are supposed to be in there but they were missing/removed. You will have to use the light from the kitchen for your living room depending on which apartment layout you have and the lights from the hallway for the bedrooms. You will have to purchase lamps for the bedrooms. 7.) Pest control service used is horrible. Encountered water bug and roach problem and the exterminator made it worse. It's so many other things as well but this is just a few. Do Not Consider These Apartments As A Option At All!!!!! I should have took the warnings from the other comments. Original review based on the moving in process…read more Since property management has changed they have noted some pending improvements to the property. -Updated dog parks to include agility equipment. -refresh the gym equipment. -a walkthrough was completed recently to plan for unit upgrades which is a good sign. -new grills and potentially the fire pit to be updated Rent is easy to pay using the resident app, whereas on my previous review I had to go to Walmart and pay through them to this third party. Two stars for the gate situation but they had workers out there a couple times this month to resolve the issue. Rear gate has never worked with my fob. One of the two front gates rarely works. When you go in the office to resolve the issue they are always responsive when available. Sometimes they have stepped out (showing the property or something) They could update the instructions on the guest gate as they have worn off. I looked up the system and learned how to use it that way. All in all, issues get addressed relatively quickly. It's a clean place and loses marks only due to inconveniences like the gate, garage door intermittent operation, and the state of the gym equipment.

I informed her that I had a 1:30 PM appointment, and she simply told me to wait in the main lobby with no further explanation. After waiting about 10 minutes, I overheard her complaining about being hungry and having five more appointments that day. It was very clear she didn't want to be there. When she finally came to assist us, I explained that I was interested in viewing both a one- and two-bedroom unit because I wasn't yet sure of what size I'd need. She quickly shut that down, saying she couldn't show me both because she was alone and had too many appointments. Mind you, I had already scheduled this tour in advance and had taken time off work to be there. Throughout the entire process, she had a noticeable attitude--cold, dismissive, and visibly annoyed. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential future resident. She didn't take time to explain any amenities (just pointed vaguely in their direction), and when we viewed the apartment, she didn't engage, ask questions, or offer any insight. The entire "tour" lasted maybe two minutes. She didn't seem to care about my questions--or me. After the brief walk-through, I was handed a packet with minimal information. Pricing details were missing, and the interaction ended just as impersonal as it began. This type of service is unacceptable. The leasing professional clearly lacks proper training and professionalism, and her attitude alone is enough to drive prospective residents away. If this is how potential tenants are treated, I can only imagine how current residents feel. I strongly advise avoiding this community unless there's a serious change in staff or customer service standards.
