The pool has been closed for the second time this summer for "violations of pool rules" and no one knows when or if it will reopen. If you are looking for a nice apartment community in Evans I would recommend Ansley or Lullwater. Walden Glen charges premium prices for what basically feels like government housing.

Original review based on the moving in process…read more Since property management has changed they have noted some pending improvements to the property. -Updated dog parks to include agility equipment. -refresh the gym equipment. -a walkthrough was completed recently to plan for unit upgrades which is a good sign. -new grills and potentially the fire pit to be updated Rent is easy to pay using the resident app, whereas on my previous review I had to go to Walmart and pay through them to this third party. Two stars for the gate situation but they had workers out there a couple times this month to resolve the issue. Rear gate has never worked with my fob. One of the two front gates rarely works. When you go in the office to resolve the issue they are always responsive when available. Sometimes they have stepped out (showing the property or something) They could update the instructions on the guest gate as they have worn off. I looked up the system and learned how to use it that way. All in all, issues get addressed relatively quickly. It's a clean place and loses marks only due to inconveniences like the gate, garage door intermittent operation, and the state of the gym equipment.

When I finally encountered the leasing professional, she never introduced herself or welcomed me to the community--something that should be basic courtesy. I informed her that I had a 1:30 PM appointment, and she simply told me to wait in the main lobby with no further explanation. After waiting about 10 minutes, I overheard her complaining about being hungry and having five more appointments that day. It was very clear she didn't want to be there. When she finally came to assist us, I explained that I was interested in viewing both a one- and two-bedroom unit because I wasn't yet sure of what size I'd need. She quickly shut that down, saying she couldn't show me both because she was alone and had too many appointments. Mind you, I had already scheduled this tour in advance and had taken time off work to be there. Throughout the entire process, she had a noticeable attitude--cold, dismissive, and visibly annoyed. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential future resident. She didn't take time to explain any amenities (just pointed vaguely in their direction), and when we viewed the apartment, she didn't engage, ask questions, or offer any insight. The entire "tour" lasted maybe two minutes. She didn't seem to care about my questions--or me. After the brief walk-through, I was handed a packet with minimal information. Pricing details were missing, and the interaction ended just as impersonal as it began. This type of service is unacceptable. The leasing professional clearly lacks proper training and professionalism, and her attitude alone is enough to drive prospective residents away. If this is how potential tenants are treated, I can only imagine how current residents feel. I strongly advise avoiding this community unless there's a serious change in staff or customer service standards.

We just completed our year lease and loved living here. It is clean, safe, and well kept. Shayna is extremely friendly and professional, and she makes sure that any concerns are addressed and resolved immediately. Great community for families and/or students. Highly recommended!

The apartments are outdated, but they work well if you're not looking to spend a lot of money on a residence you don't plan on living in more than 3-5 years! The maintenance team is always there the next day to fix any problems. There was a roach problem, but I fixed that problem quick with roach traps for $7.00. No crime in the area the 2-years I lived in. If I had one gripe, it would be PET OWNERS that allow their dogs to defecate all over the place. If I had advice to the apartment owners, start charging more for pet owners to pay a maintenance team to pick up all the fecal matter. There are areas you can't walk around because pet owners allow their dogs to use it as a toilet. Some people just aren't responsible enough to have pets, PERIOD! Aside from that, the apartment complex was well worth the money. Close to Fort Gordon, close to everything, easy access to I-20, and quite. 5-Stars EASY!!!

Long story short, my friend and said goddaughter moved in together here, two months In the gd decided to cancel the lease after partying in NC for a week. My friend needed help bad because they didn't give her any rights to the apartment and they pretty much left her to the wind. Before the gd left she decided to slash my friends matress, break furniture, left her room a smelly gross mess which I cleaned myself, on top of stealing belongings from me and my friend. At first when we still had a month on the cancelled lease Barbara told us the gd had to turn her key in and had no reason to return for the last month because she already had a new place. Even after all that I decided to help pick up the lease with her because she had no other option at the time. After we informed Barbara about what had happened she did not work with her. She acted as though she deserved what happened to her and was condescending towards us both. She would send management to the apartement without a work notice, we came to her with the money for an entire years rent so we wouldn't have to deal with her as much and she said we still needed a cosigner. She made it very apparent that she really didn't want us there so we took the hint and will be vacating this location. Her gd also came back out of the blue, unlocked the door with her key and acted like nothing happened at all. We confronted her and her father about at least getting our stolen items back and she pretty much ran out of the house talking shit. We went to barbara and asked how she can do this if her key is turned in? She cuts me off and says she can come and go whenever she wants and smiled. I informed her we were taking our money elsewhere, we didn't feel comfortable with their behaviour and we will be telling people how it really is here. Her family seems to make a hobby out of descrimination and if they don't want you there they will make you miserable. The only reason I put one star at least is that my neighbors were awesome and maintenance was very pleasant and quick with their work.
