They continuously tried charging me more for my sewer bill than what my actual bill was and I had proof of my actual bill. They continued to say they weren't making money off of it but they wanted $15-20 more than what my bill was each month. When I moved out I cleaned the place thoroughly and was there when they walked thru and took pics. It took them 25 days and they sent me a letter with a check for my deposit that had $704 deducted for things that I should not have been charged for. For example, they charged me to replace a door going to the basement that they say was damaged by animals. But the door wa actually like that when I moved in and besides my cat was declawed so there is no way she could have damaged it anyway. They charged me for them having to remove curtains that were there when I moved in they were the owners I didn't want to get in trouble for removing their stuff. They charged me for painting trim, doors and walls going to the unfinished basement which I never did anything with because it was unfinished and was like that when I moved in and no where in my paperwork did it say I was responsible for painting everything. I never even put nails in the walls because I used command strips and when I removed them I made sure they didn't damage the wall. Hooks and things that were hanging outside for plants were there prior to me moving in they charged me for removing. Completely ridiculous. This is the worst company I would not recommend renting from them EVER! Their communication is terrible and I always had a clean and well kept place and even the guy that did the walk thru said it was clean and looked great. I have left them a message trying to get resolution but I'm sure I will not hear from them. I have also left a message for the owner that owns the property. I will be calling an atty if I don't get any resolution to this.
