His assessment seemed to be more in alignment with what I was feeling in my feet, more of a sprain than anything else. He listens well, explains conditions great and gives excellent feedback. His partner, John came in while I was in treatment and introduced himself...a very nice guy as well. They both are great with clients and are committed to getting clients on the path of recovery. The facility is pretty amazing. Aside from physical therapy, there's a fitness section where you can be trained by trainers. There's lots of equipment available and people willing to help you. The office staff, Bailey and Marsha are very pleasant as well. I. would recommend them to anyone looking for modern and state of the art treatment and training.

Their efforts were commendable so much so that once I finished my first round of PT, I decided to give them a chance and after 3 weeks they have completely restored my trust in their professionalism, courtesy compassion and expertise. It is a large facility but the therapist and support team are attentive and considerate. The receptionist Madelyn is so very kind and pleasant, Craig is very courteous, observant, and professional. And Henry the PT working with me, is knowledgeable, kind, hardworking and is great to work with. Stacy, Ramiro, Tiffany, and Camelia are all kind and pleasant. These are the ones who have worked with me. The facility may be very large but they truly give great care to all patients. I thought it only fair to share this good report given I shared apparently a one off occurrence. I wish Kenner Orthopedic all the best and if you are looking for a PT facility with good customer service and patient care give them a try.
