I am almost certain that if my kids weren't hispanic and he'd never heard us speak spanish they'd be swimming right now and there'd be no weekly notes on Singing River Apt policies. Bottom line is this...at Singing River if you're white than you're alright. Any other race or nationality LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are nice apartments in Gautier from what I've seen. Give your rent money to somebody else.

We moved because he wouldn't let our guests swim when they came into town. Also police are there all the time looking for someone and the manager specifically said that wasn't the type of place it was, when he was trying to talk us into renting with them. Our friends condo not so great. It was dingy and smelled of cigarettes. If they would remodel all of the condos then it would be the perfect place to stay. We had a great time while there. The pool was nice and I liked that each condo had their own washer and dryer. The condos were very spacious. So many places to see within driving distance. We are definitely going back and will stay there again but we will request that both condos we get are remodeled.

She immediately called the property manager and told her she couldn't live like that. There are roaches all over the complex in the halls as well as the units. Other tenants told her that there is an issue with bugs as well. There are also tons of Google reviews about the disgusting conditions. Rather than let her out of her lease they say she can move in or as a kindness they will keep her deposit and first month's rent and let her break the lease all because she doesn't want to live with roaches... which they failed to tell her were an issue or even that the unit she was moving into was being treated for... I assure you had she known she would not have signed a lease.She literally didn't even have the keys for a full 12 hours before reporting this... this is a bad way to do business. I could see if she moved into the apartment and had been there a few days or weeks but literally told them a few hours later that it was unacceptable and they are keeping her money or she has to live with ROACHES. This is a HEALTH VIOLATION to expect people to live with disease ridden pests. Make sure everyone knows how they do business. I would hate for anyone you know to get stuck in this situation.

The bugs are terrible and pest control comes by once every three months and only sprays one room. The office has office hours but they close whenever they please. Don't waste your money.
