The area is simple, the grounds has two pools, and a playground for children. The management of these condos have done very good lately. Upgrades to the area have been new paint to the exterior of all buildings and are currently putting up new fencing around the entire property. There are usually plenty of military that live here due to the Air Base being close by. My wife and I do own a unit and do rent it out. If you are interested please let me know. I was able to view the property twice, once to look at it with wife, and second to make sure the building was viable for the business I was planning. All of which was less than 30 mins each time. Both times he was adamant about us making an offer for the seller, which seemed that the seller was open to offers. His communication was awful and the building was pretty disgusting, a simple courtesy of sweeping up all the roaches and dead lizards all over the place would have be nice. I tried to go back a third time to make sure my contractor could handle the renovations in a timely manner, and he refused us, stating if we didn't make a offer, which offer he meant was "as is, no repairs, asking price" then we weren't allowed back. He said he "knew we were going to make a lowball offer", and didn't want us at the property unless we met that specific offer. So it's pretty bad practice to assume what a buyer is willing to do, at this point, I wouldn't buy this property at any price due to his attitude and business handling. Any other agents would have handled this better, or went as far to let us know from the beginning or at least found us another Property. Being a business owner who has multiple business on the coast, along with a real estate pro folio, which he knew, you would think we would be "able" to buy this property instead of assuming we couldn't. Please find an agent who isn't going to assume your purchasing capability, and can handle a professional manner With better communication skills.

I missed him and left a VM. He never called me back. A few days later I called and finally reached him and he blamed the missed call on some 'new software that blocks spam - so my number was blocked'. A realtor who blocks calls? Hmmmm, anyway, we agreed to try again. A few days later, again not hearing from Steve, I called him to get a status update. He sounded rather incredulous that only a few days had gone by and I was asking for an update. He said he sent me and email... I checked he did not. And then he took a bit of an attitude.... So, I asked him to delete me from his list of client opportunities. This is not a realtor I'd recommend.
