This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encounter. Not only did we confirm their services the same day 2 hours before but whoever is in charge of the phone also picked up the phone and said he would reach the technician and never called back or responded again. This was for an eviction case and time sensitive, if they couldn't do it, they could have easily said so. We had to delay the eviction because of their delay. They've helped me throughout the years when I'd locked myself out of the car, when I've needed an additional key to be programmed, as well as now on our new house- rekeying a house that has literally 8 exterior doors, and a ton of interior doors. I locked my keys in car at Rouse's, I didn't get a chance to get extra spare key. So I called pro lock the person answering the phone was extremely rude sounded like he hated his job. I understand people can get irritated. you provide a service in this business be nice and respectful to the customer even if you having a crappy day. I called Sunday at 4pm as my family was having to secure my parents home, because home health agents were going to arrive Monday morning to help care for a family member that had fallen. These guys are honestly the best. Beau was extremely helpful. Went in to get my keys cut and programmed for my 2017 f150 and brought a blank remote in that I bought online. Beau believe I may have gotten the wrong remote and called Ford directly (20-30mins) to ensure if it would program. Come to find out it was the wrong remote and the frequency was not working either (after testing). So the remote I brought online didn't match (double checked myself and it was true) and it wasn't working. Beau couldn't easily said no but went the extra steps to ensure if the keys could be programmed. He got me a back up key along with being cut and programmed. The price was also a lot lower then other key smiths along with the ford dealers. When programming the new key it wouldn't work the first try so he gave it another shot and it worked. Once again he couldn have just given up but got it to work. 3 months later my new back up key is still working. read more
