She arrived super early, set up the arch and clusters of balloons down my patio and it all looked great! This year I decided to be a little more proactive, so I reached out to Sandi in early June and she took great care of us once again. I could not be happier with Sandi's follow up and professionalism. Her and her team even came back later that night to pick up the arch base so we didn't have to worry about storing it. Sandi met me at my temple to check out the place and made sure she set up according to the temple's restrictions (they are very picky about when the balloons can be set up). She also managed to set up two extra centerpieces at the last minute when I realized I needed extra tables to accommodate my guests. She didn't even charge me for those as she knew my budget was all used up! Anyway, I really liked working with Sandi and I think she was the easiest person I dealt with of all the party planning.
