After 9 weeks after the expected delivery date, we went to Abernathy's in Blue Ridge and they called the supplier and said we could have it next week. We called to cancel the order, the woman gave us a very hard time about it, we demanded to have our money back, but she continued on and promised us she would make it right and offered a better price. She called the same supplier and they said it would be in next week. So we kept the order, and waited for the following week... they called us and told us that it was in, but the furniture was going to be $200 more than what they originally quoted! Not only did she not make it right like she said, she raised the price! Our son needed a bedroom suit and we didn't want to wait any longer so we paid the extra and had it delivered. The owner is unresponsive, not good for her word, and extremely rude! Live and learn I guess, but this is why we have reviews nowadays... DONT BUY HERE!!!

This includes these two old women that work at the checkout, I am not sure that they work there everyday, but I know that they are in there whenever my dears and I are. Now these two old angry women are very very passively rude and will make you feel dumbed down each time you try to buy or ask something; looking at you like you're an alien....
