They did not get all of the cyst so it grew back. They do not take Medicare so the payment process was difficult. It was expensive even though they did not do the procedure correctly. I still had to pay them. I had to send in a claim to Medicare myself which as you all know is complicated. I have never been to a doctor that did not file medicare. Since then I have gone to another dermatologist at UMMC. They were very professional and friendly and made it good experience. They removed the cyst got it all and Stitched it up. It looks great. You can barely tell it was there. They filed Medicare for me. Simple, professional, friendly and competent!!! Thank you For your care.

Now, I will admit that my review is a tad limited since I only frequent the downstairs (?) non-surgical part of the clinic but if you are a purveyor of facial services, you need to check out Faces! I'm a huge fan of dermaplane--you can see results immediately as it removes hair and dead skin from the face. I've had this service done at a few places in the Jackson area and can confidently say that Faces, specifically Ms. Marilyn, provides you with the most thorough treatment. She is so unbelievably thorough! She is the only person who has changed the dermaplane blade 2-3 times during my session--I'm Indian, I have a lot of hair, and so, it's expected that the blade would need to be changed and she is the ONLY PERSON in the Jackson area who delivers such extensive and precise service. Oh, and the price is so reasonable for the attention you receive. My sister sees Leta for hydrofacials. I opted for the hydrofacial once and felt that my skin was immediately hydrated and she helped my breakouts calm down. She is just as thorough and dedicated to making your skin glow as Ms. Marilyn! With all the contouring, bronzing, eyebrow filling that's trending, you definitely need to check these ladies out to make sure your 'canvas' of a face is well prepped!

I told them about my ailments that I have been to other physicians for and instead of listening to past practices stated he thinks it's eczema. Which is kinda funny because they didn't even want to look in the location it was in. I had to ask them to look there. So he gives me this cream and I beg for a bacterial medicine in which he doesn't provide. They state if I can get the documents of my previous treatment they would assist in getting me taken care of. So what do I do? I call my previous doc and request medical records. Fax to the office x3 times. Never a return call to assist their patent. I work in health care and the lack of attention and disrespect is amazing. Go to a REAL specialist.

I went to see Dr. Emerson and after about a month my skin was feeling brand new again! I'll be honest - I initially didn't know how I felt about her. It felt like she wasn't really hearing me and came in with her mind already made up. BUT THE TREATMENT WORKED. So apparently she did hear me and I realize the notes, their intake form, and her PA or nurse were thorough and Dr. Emerson likely actually read the information. That said, I'd recommend her again and again.
