From start to finish they were very professional, provided updates, and their pricing was transparent. When I got my vehicle back, it was better than new. Great business! Two (2) trusted family members suggested this establishment to me from past…read moreexperiences, and I'm glad they did. Went in with a minor scratch on my brand new '25 Toyota Tacoma SR5, and the owner, Tom, took immediate time from his busy schedule to have a quick look. Although not a huge job/problem, I was treated as if it was. Tom came right out, quoted me a great price for the repair, then told me that I could leave my truck there THAT day, or come in the next morning, and he would get to it then for sure. I literally couldn't believe how the affected area appeared to have never been damaged. Impressive! Also of note was the friendly/accommodating staff, big beautiful parking lot/property, and amazingly convenient location right off of Shunpike/Route3/Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill. I highly recommend this body shop, and I'm thankful to Tom and the entire staff at South End Auto Body for the great service and skill they showed a new customer! Top marks. - Justin P. Lord

The first night I drove with the new tint I noticed it looked like I had astigmatism, a single light was shining way more than normal. So I brought the car back, they said they would redo the front windshield since the previous tint has been faulty in the past. Now in my opinion, if this was an issue on a past customers car, why would you reuse it? Anyways, they said they "upgraded" the tint, but it looks the exact same. Now my entire car is wrapped in this dogsh*t tint and I regret driving at night. Not only is the tint horrible quality, but the customer service is just as bad. The price is great, but you get what you pay for.

He helped me choose a cost-efficient option, and his work was extremely neat and professional. He also explained how to properly care for the tint afterward and informed me about the lifetime warranty, as long as I kept a copy of the receipt. I appreciated that he even recommended taking a picture of the receipt, storing it in my drive, and emailing it to myself so I would always have access to it. Not many business owners share tips like that, especially when it comes to honoring lifetime warranties, so I truly appreciated his honesty and knowledge. The service was quick, but still very efficient and high quality. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.
