Visited the store today for a refund which I didn't get. Feeling very misled and disappointed with Glubes because of the following: 1. Only credits granted, no refunds 2. Refund request has to be done within ninety days after the warranty expires (wasn't told this at time of purchase) 3. Learned today that their warranty program has changed As a repeat customer, Glubes did nothing to help. As a result, I will not be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend them.

I brought my Microsoft surface pro 3 there 2 years ago when the screen was smashed and did not have the $275 to get it fixed at the time and left it there. Fast forward 2 years I go in and ask them about my tablet... and sure enough they still have it there and are willing to help me in any way possible. Even advised that they could get all my photos/documents off the device for only $50 if I couldn't afford the screen fix yet. Needless to say they are extremely helpful and listen to your problems, and are quick to fix your devices.

I saw the $69 all-in-one photo printer I wanted (yay sale) which did not have a display model above the tag. Fortunately the salesman searched the store for me and actually found one. The only caveat I had with the whole experience was the usb cables, for $25. I got one from Sears instead for $11. Overall, I think that this Source is a good place to shop when they have sales, with staff who are genuinely friendly and helpful.

This store is one of my favorites when it comes to supplements. They are very well stocked.. ie…read more today i was looking for a specific brand of creatine, but they were out of stock - so they called around and guaranteed that it would be available for me to pick up in the morning. The sales associates here are very knowledgable and bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need in order to reach your goals.. they can be somewhat aggressive when it comes to sales, but it has only been bothersome once or twice. If you're looking to quietly browse a store, this may not be the place for you. Another thing I like about this location is that they custom blend protein shakes with fresh ingredients right there in the store. You can build your own protein shake, ie low carb versions, or weight gainers, with various other healthy ingredients like milk, honey, cinnamon and a number of different fruits. There is also an a la carte menu for the shakes, but I like to customize mine myself. There are two reasons I didn't give 5 stars, but neither by itself is something I can really blame on the branch. The first is that I could see someone new to training getting a bit intimidated by the huge bodybuilder sales associates that work there. They're very enthusiastic about their jobs, which is good, but I could see someone new to supplements shying away from that. The second is that I find the prices a little high. Again I hesitate to entirely blame the chain..so many of the fitness products get made in the US and subjected to import duties.. It makes it virtually impossible to compete with the online stores that I usually use. Therein lies the trade off.. sometimes its nice to have a brick and mortar shop where you can see and hold a product before buying it..but you pay more..versus online stores where you pay less but don't get to physically see the product first and you don't get the benefit of the knowledge that the sales associates have (they are clearly very involved in lifting) So to sum it up, I definitely recommend....but check prices online as well as in store to make sure you get the best deal.
