She was very honest and open in saying we weren't going to get there in one cut due to previous cut at another salon. I knew going in it was going to be a process to get the hairstyle that I wanted given the condition of my hair. I was pleasantly surprised at the foot stools to make your dryer time and hair wash more comfortable. From my initial call to the salon through the entire process, everything was pleasant, relaxing, explained thoroughly, and ended well! Each individual has unique hair that responds and behaves in a unique manner . It takes time for a stylist to learn your growth rate of hair and the quirks of your hair. It is literally a process, that requires patience and the building of the relationship. If you're going in for a color, the initial cost, depending on the condition of your hair, may be more because more work and product may be needed. Regular maintenance reduces that issue for most. So, additional costs for extra product was not a problem. I now have the baseline to get my hair where I want it to be. I had a wonderful experience, a very peaceful and relaxing experience.
