I was warmly greeted at the front desk with water, brought to the room, given a cozy robe, and immediately felt taken care of. The lymphatic drainage massage was both incredibly relaxing and informative, followed by full-back cupping that felt amazing. After the massage, they surprised me with a complimentary 20-minute red light sauna pod session (included with each lymphatic drainage), which was the perfect finishing touch. Upon my exit they had tea waiting for me to drink on my ride home. Angels! It's been a few days since my treatment and I honestly feel lighter than I have in years--no more heaviness in my legs, my stomach is still FLAT flat, and my energy levels are noticeably higher. I'm already excited to go back for another session. Thank you, Rebecca, and thank you to your wonderful team for such an exceptional experience

I have pretty bad decision paralysis, and after searching Yelp and Google, I decided to come here…read morebecause of the great reviews about Miri. When I called to make an appointment, the person on the phone wasn't very warm and sounded really annoyed to even have to talk to me. I assumed it was just a receptionist but it turned out to be Reyna. I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage and a clarifying facial. My facial with Miri wasn't at all like I expected it to be. I have some pretty dark scarring from the extractions and I'm worried it'll lead to bad hyperpigmentation. She also kept trying to upsell (I did end up doing the microdermabrasion for + $20) but I was uncomfortable with the 3+ times she suggested to bring me back in for some facial waxing. I know I have peach fuzz, but I don't really mind it. I don't think women should have to be so self conscious about it. I didn't realize that the cold voice on the other end of the phone would be my masseuse, Reyna. It was extremely difficult to relax due to the setup of the place, the reception and lobby area were right next to the room and all I could hear were really loud conversations. The ambient nature noises in the massage room did not help. It was actually pretty upsetting that what was meant to be a nice and serene escape from life was... just... not. I told her I've been having extremely tense shoulder and neck pain and did circle those on the chart. My favorite place to go to for massages is G-Medical Massage Spa in Long Beach, but I couldn't make the drive out this week. So, I have a comparison to work off of in terms of the quality of body work and actually feeling some relief post-visit. My shoulders were still tense since she didn't really use enough pressure nor did it feel like she was tuned into my body the way that I've had other masseuses tap in. Considering her coldness towards me from the jump (aside from the lukewarm forced smile before showing me the massage room), I didn't feel comfortable speaking up about any adjustments I wanted. Would you? Also would have expected a comfier lobby. It was hot, not aesthetically pleasing, and it would've been nice if they had cold water. They had some room temp bottled water... but something as simple as a dispenser of cold cucumber water makes a huge difference. 3/5, did not live up to expectations. Regret spending my money here. It was meant to be a special post-grad treat to myself but I feel like I didn't get the pampering I expected for the price point.

When I was around 17 years old I began feeling the debilitating symptoms of sciatica. At this time…read moreI was working out intensely and believe that may have been the cause of this condition. However, I wanted to stay active, so I continued to deal with the sciatica pain after each workout. It got to the point that I couldn't sit in class or lay in bed without feeling the burning discomfort/pain of sciatica on the left side of my body radiating from my lower back down to my foot. This pain had continued up until this year at the age of 21. I had been to chiropractors and gone through months of physical therapy before deciding to finally try acupuncture. Like many people, I was a bit skeptical at first of eastern medicine and how acupuncture could really help me. However, after hearing countless people rave about acupuncture I thought it couldn't hurt and decided to check it out for myself. I went onto yelp, found Vie Healing, and after reading the great reviews I booked an appointment the next week. As soon as I walked into Vie Healing I was greeted by Mona and felt at ease. Like many other clients have stated in their reviews, Mona truly has a radiant, calm, and kind energy that makes you feel instantly relaxed. She answered all of my questions and explained everything she was doing and its purpose throughout the treatment. She is a true expert in her field. After about 40 minutes my treatment was complete and I was in absolute shock. I literally could not feel my sciatica pain at all. It was as if someone had performed some voodoo magic on me. I am telling you there was no more pain whatsoever. Since that first treatment I have been seeing Mona weekly and my sciatica pain has significantly decreased. Here and there I have discomfort but it is nowhere near the level it was before. Anytime I have a flare up it is gone by the end of my treatment with Mona. I can sit in class comfortably, fall asleep without tossing and turning, and even got back onto a regular workout plan without debilitating discomfort. I am so grateful I found Mona and took the leap to try acupuncture. I recommend her very highly and will continue to see her for treatments. If you are not sure whether acupuncture is right for you, trust me, go see Mona. You and your body will be very happy you did.

After having a positive first impression and experience I purchased a series of ten Accupuncture sessions for $1000.00 at the end of my first session. I tried making follow-up appointments on her online appointment system only to be told by Mona that she never got them. She told me I should call her for appointments because the online system was not accurate. Mona was not good at returning calls so booking an appointment required a couple of calls before getting a response from her. For my fourth appointment I left a couple of messages and Mona did not return my calls at all. I ran into Mona about a month ago outside of her new WeHo location. While exchanging greetings and briefly chatting with Mona I reminded her of her failure to return my calls for my last attempt to make an appointment. She stated she'd not gotten my messages and suggested I come in for treatments at the new location. A couple weeks later I stopped by the WeHo location while in the area and although Mona was not in I asked the receptionist to make an appointment. After about ten minutes of failed attempts on the computer she said it was a new system and she'd have to check with Mona to confirm her schedule before booking an appointment. I said I'd call Mona and schedule. I called Mona a couple of times and left messages asking her to call me to schedule an appointment. True to form, Mona did not return my calls. I pre-paid $1000 for a series of ten treatments. In return I received three treatments. Mona's business practices are unprofessional, unethical and dishonest. A huge waste of money and energy. Very disappointing.
