The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to achieving the results I was hoping for. I'm especially impressed with how beautifully my blonde turned out. The color is soft, bright, and beautifully blended, with a natural and polished finish. My hair feels healthy, silky, and refreshed rather than dry or over-processed, which is so important when maintaining blonde hair. The attention to detail and care throughout the appointment really stood out to me. It's clear that they take pride in their work and understand how to create a beautiful blonde while maintaining the health and quality of the hair. I absolutely love the result and left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful, well-executed blonde hair and a truly professional experience.

She's a great and experienced professional that dedicated and dedicates her life not only to her customers on the hair salon but also assisting people with hair loss (men and women). She's a miracle maker bringing happiness to her customers and resolving problems with her product Capillary. I wasted quite a lot of time, money and effort to make it work, then I gave up, because I'm not a sadist. I did NOT ask for a refund on what was paid, but there was still a balance on the account. I certainly did not feel the company was entitled to the balance as it was pure loss for me and I did receive anything for what I did pay. Also they have a business model built for margins, with commissioned sales reps and the corporate office taking the bulk of that fee, I know I overpaid vs going straight to an artist. That didn't stop them from sending me to collections on that "balance" however. Upon calling the CEO, she had zero empathy or interest in my experience or resolving this any other way than paying the balance.... her claim over and over was "You signed a contract". Apparently that contract only holds my feet to fire.

After being a customer of Laura's for almost two years, I think it is time to write a review…read more I went to Laura after being conned and harassed by another wigmaker who used to live in the LA area. The experience was so horrific that the police ended up getting involved. As if having permanent hair loss isn't bad enough. I found Laura here on Yelp and decided to go with her after talking to several of her customers. I was very nervous and even thought about sticking to my cheap synthetic piece after the whole experience. Laura was nothing, but fantastic. Her hair pieces put every single other hair piece to shame. EVERY detail of the piece is custom made. Unlike other wigs, she custom matches your hair color and uses a variety of colors, avoiding that mono look. This has been an absolute lifesaver during COVID. I haven't had my hair cut and colored since November and, yet, her piece still looks absolutely fantastic. Nobody knows the difference. I just put it on and I'm good to go. Feel free to message me if you would like my contact information. More than willing to talk on the phone and provide pictures. And, Laura, if you're reading this - I will be contacting you soon about purchasing another piece. Just gotta wait for my tax refund. :)
