I do wish there was better water pressure but there may be limitations in the city. My hair and scalp felt very clean afterwards. All in all the service is not my thing. I have medium coarse Italian curly hair and at the end they put silicone on my scalp (which I'm not a fan of in my hair) and blow dried it, but I don't have the kind of hair to do that on. I need product and a diffuser or air dry. Glad a service like this is being offered but nice people in Burbank but it's just not for me.
