They charged a service fee which was perfectly fine so my mom and aunt paid those fees in cash so it would go directly to the team members that preformed those services. After leaving the facility my aunt was chased out side because they do not accept. The receptionist gave my aunt the cash back for my mom's service and for hers. My mom called later to make sure my aunt was not charged for the $30.42 service fee. The following day my mother received a confirmation email for two new appointments the next day and her credit card was then charged $199.42 for the scalp service and the service charge. She called to get this fixed and never received a return call. After leaving several messages she got through and was told this was done in error and they would reverse it but they would only be crediting her back $149.00 which was the original price of the service when I bought it last year for her birthday. Since last year the cost of the same service is now $169. Long story short this was a gift for my mother and they are now charging her because of their own error. The verbiage on the gift certificate is for the service NOT the dollar amount I paid for it originally. No where on the gift certificate states the dollar value. Due to this error on the company's part my mom is now forced to pay the difference in price because they do not know how to do business. My mother had request a call from the Owner due to these unauthorized charges. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY HERE.

After gradually losing my hair from 2020 to 2025, I was convinced that I was going to get a hair transplant to restore my hair to what it looked like 20 years ago. In June 2025, I went to two professionals in LA and was told that I had very fine and poor donor hair. They both still wanted to proceed, but I knew in my heart I wouldn't get the result I wanted. I was devastated at the news. A year ago in November, I decided to shave my head. A lot of guys look great with shaved heads, but it wasn't right for me. I had heard about SMP so I watched a couple YouTube videos about it but thought could this be the solution? Could I really get a realistic illusion of hair if I couldn't have real hair? I was skeptical, but DESPERATE at this point because I just did not like the way I looked with no hair at all. After googling who the best SMP artist was In Los Angeles, I immediately made a consultation with Zang in April of 2026. He listened to why I was interested in SMP and was very understanding as I revealed how much my self-esteem had plummeted because of losing my hair. He was very confident and felt strongly that I could get a realistic result that I would be very satisfied with. I still was very unsure so I asked if I could bring a friend into another consultation to which he agreed free of charge. After the second consultation, I felt certain that if I were to have SMP, Zang was the best artist to do it!! I quickly booked my first two sessions in May of this year, the 2nd and 9th. After those two sessions, I wanted the color a little darker and the hairline a little lower to which he agreed so I had a third session June 6th. The results were coming along, but I collaborated with him, and we both decided to lower the hairline again (still to a realistic level) and make the hairline and sides fuller which he did on July 18th, my fourth session. My fifth session was October 3rd in which he added density and blended the whole head again. Even before I had the 5th session, already happy with my results, my ex, his sister and both nieces commented how much they like it. One of the nieces couldn't believe it wasn't my own hair! She just kept staring at it and said so that's not your hair. She said again so wait, that's not your hair? I had to let her feel it until she finally understood. My own two nephews and niece also thought it looked natural. The older nephew said it doesn't look all inked up like a tattoo. Now, my best friend who has been with me since the consultation and at every session always said it was going to look great as did Zang, and they were both right! They both encouraged me to trust the process which I have an extremely hard time doing. I like instant results. Like you get your hair cut, bam, it's done. You either like it or you don't. I am very pleased with the results!! From Day 1, he was incredibly dedicated to and invested in the process of doing my personal scalp micropigmentation exactly right while I needed constant reassurance that all would be okay. He went above and beyond for me, providing five full sessions, truly working with me to ensure the hairline, color and density were what we finally agreed on.
