The hair was curly and it matted up a little the hair sheds every time I brush it or even rub my fingers through it doesn't even have that soft feel to it. I started coming to Glamorous Mane after my awesome stylist Eljay changed shops (you go with your stylist, it took me FOREVER to find a great stylist that really treats and takes care of your hair) my hair is natural and I like to make sure it's treated and conditioned and Eljay gets that. I also like that he can look at my hair and tell me what she needs and what I should be doing between appointments. That said I'm really happy with the salon too! Idk what happened with this company I've ordered hair from them in the past and don't remember having any issues. The hair does shed a lot but it's manageable. I placed an order for some bundles 18 days ago and my order still says confirmed. The phone number on their website doesn't even work and sends you directly to a busy line. I messaged them on Instagram over a week ago and was told that their shipment got stuck in customs and it would be shipped next day priority and I'd receive it on Tuesday. Wednesday comes around nothing. I get a phone call from them that id receive it Friday. Saturday comes around and nothing. I get a call Saturday telling me it's shipped but I never received an email with updated tracking info. She tells me she hasn't updated the tracking info but it's shipped. I tried to message and call them today asking if they can update my tracking so I can track my package and received no reply. They must be scamming now bc it's not adding up. Customer service has been really terrible and I won't be ordering from here again. read more

Service was great. This is my second time buying hair which was recommended by a close friend. Hair was really good quality, limited shedding and holds wave pattern. Had a small issue the first time I purchased with availability of an HD frontal but it was corrected fast and was even given a upgrade for a longer length frontal for the mixup. The hair that is provided is simply amazing. I purchased the welcomed bundle which included 14,16,18 inch body wave hair. The price was reasonable considering it is a up and coming product. The quality of the hair is amazing. The hair is thick, all the way down to the ends, soft, manageable, holds curls without having to always reapply heat, straightens perfectly and colors great. I set my appointment with a deposit months in advance, then SHE TRIED TO CANCEL ON ME. Multiple times. Refusing to refund my deposit. I'm going on vacation so scheduling this appointment was very important to me. Not only was she vague about ALL details, but she was rude, unhelpful, and did me a favor by making it so stressful over text that I didn't get the displeasure of meeting her in person. Absolutely love it! I've been using there hair for about a year now and I've been able to color the hair and it remains healthy looking. Not here to bash or talk shit but I'm here to straight up tell you how my experience was. I use to get my lashes done here and I LOVED the way the girl use to do them bc they were always super full & dramatic. I'd always feel clusters of glue on my outer corners and my lashes would always twist but I didn't think much of it. It started becoming painful so I went to another lash tech for an outside fill. She ended up telling me most of my lashes were all stuck & glued together so she had to do a removal. Once she removed them, all my outer corner lashes were gone & I had hella gaps. I decided to go somewhere else for lashes but I ended up returning to glamorous mane for my hair. I got a high pony done by @lacedbyk (he has a booth there). My appointment was at 11am and I was supposed to be done at 12:15pm. When I walked in he was with a client that didn't even look close to finished. I waited an hour and 30 mins until I was seen. I was under the impression that I'd be done at 12:15 & I had a nail appointment at 1:30. I wasn't seen until 12:30 & had to leave early to make it in time for my nail appointment. On the way to the nail appointment, my pony started falling apart and my hair was basically all over the place. I took it off the 2nd day & my hair is extremely thin now. Erica is always soooo helpful. Customer Service is BIG to me, and she is very attentive to the customers when it comes to that. I even appreciate that after being a long time customer she has made it a point to acknowledge me by name.
