A grade-A experience! We had to rent a trailer last weekend to bring our son home from college in…read morethe Upper Peninsula. I had read so many terrible reviews for U-Haul or Budget, I was completely stressed out and having nightmares the U-Haul I rented wasn't available when I went to get it. So my husband found this local place, and I'm so glad! We got a decent sized trailer for 100 bucks for the weekend (50/day). They are closed on Sundays, so they don't charge for that day. They quickly hooked it up to my hitch and disconnected it when I got back. Watching these guys on the phone and with customers, it's clear they do a ton of business, and they know exactly what they're doing at this point. They even waived their late fee for me, as I overslept and brought it back 2 hours late on Monday. They don't just rent trailers either, they have pretty much everything under the sun, including party tents and equipment. I even saw slushy machines and popcorn makers. I highly recommend Columbia Heights rental!

Called again just before Christmas and no response, so I waited and called again after Christmas and also booked a party on line at that time to try to reserve the time for my daughters birthday party. No one called, no e-mail responses. Finally, I called again just after New Years in the morning. I got no response. As it was getting dangerously close to the party date with out any confirmation, I called another Princess party place. They contacted me immediately but I had to book out a later date because they were booked the weekend I wanted. Finally Tiny Diva got back to me, but by that time I had rescheduled for a different company. If you aren't going to return peoples phone calls or e-mails during the holiday, you really need to be posting this somewhere! No where did I see a message saying you were closed or on vacation during the holidays. I looked on the website, facebook, got no auto notifications from e-mail or messages on the voicemail communicating your vacation hours. Terrible terrible customer service! I strongly suggest fixing it or you will lose business to others with better service. This review is for the Lakeville site which I believe is the same as the Eagan site.
