She also empowered me to make the necessary changes and gave me the right tools to tackle all that problems that hindered my personal growth. She is extremely intuitive and empathetic in her methods of coaching and it made our sessions highly productive. One day, I reached out and was connected with Tess Zeito. Our first call was serendipitous - I knew at the end of the 30 minutes that we were meant to work together and meet. I started with the 8 weeks plan with the option to extend. I am finishing up my 8 weeks and I put in the work and stayed committed to working with Tess every week. I feel transformed, empowered and have so much clarity. I trusted the process and now am going to extend my time with Tess as there is more ground to cover, especially around professional development. I am so glad Tess is my life coach. She helped me transform and get out of a fear loop that was holding me back. I am beyond grateful to Tess. Thank you.

Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

Seriously - just read her website and you'll understand, she gets it and has a uniquely effective approach! I have worked with so many practitioners on physical, mental, energetic, and nervous system healing, but I needed her somatic healing approach to connect the pieces and dive deeper to truly understand and break free from the pain, trauma, and patterns I was stuck in. Emel truly cares, is extremely empathetic, and works hard to understand the full picture and the root cause of issues. She made it easy to open up to her and to myself, allowing me to better understand myself, my patterns, and my triggers/reactions. Each session varies depending on my needs or desired focus, ranging from somatic healing, energy flow, and visualization work to more traditional talk therapy. The results of working with Emel were immediate and ongoing: relief from physical pain caused by stuck energy, emotions, or tension, as well as minimization of triggers, anxiety, depression, and other patterns I was stuck in. I cannot recommend working with Emel enough, regardless of what you are going through! Thank you Emel!

Sometimes I need help focusing so enlisted Lira's help. I like Lira's premise about starting from "love"- especially loving yourself and taking 100% responsibility for your emotions - even if it is not your fault! I chose to work with Lira because she is grounded in her background in in Psychotherapy and NLP yet open to other "methods". And I primarily signed up for her relationship class to improve my new career. I know it will help me because the aim is to make room for prosperity and love to come in. However, I have to do some work and prepare myself to recieve it. This may sound simple, however, there is a lot more to it. You will have to experience Lira for yourself and find out. I'm really glad that came with an open-mind, because in getting to know Lira and her work as a Life Coach, I've developed a deeper understanding of what it takes to overcome personal obstacles, achieve my goals and manifest personal dreams, using very cool methods and techniques! At the core of Lira's teaching is how shifting to a mindset of self-love can lead to amazing life changes. One of the things I find the most empowering about her teaching, is that she shows how dreams come true when we take responsibility for our emotions, thoughts, and what happens in our lives -- rather than projecting responsibility onto others for our challenges. Having spent a lifetime studying the secrets of Manifesting and the Law of Attraction, Lira has wonderful insights to share. I really enjoy listening to Lira because she shares fascinating real-life examples and personal anecdotes to illustrate her points. She has used her own techniques to manifest incredible changes in her own life. Lira doesn't just tell people what they want to hear; instead, she focuses on proven techniques that have worked successfully for herself and her clients. She comes across as relatable and really takes time to listen, conveying genuine warmth and interest. Her feedback and observations are consistently spot-on. Now I am totally inspired to pursue my dreams and goals. Thanks to all that I have learned from Lira, I'm ready to take on 2015. I've got this ;)
