I had to request the receipt several times and made numerous visits to the salon but their response was "No Refunds". I reported to Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and Small Claims Court, where I prevailed. I was unable to recover any of my payout. Buyer beware! A competitor by North Star Mall is one third the price.
