When I went there the masseuse started by telling me not to strip all the way down. That's fine, except I kid you not she used Vicks vapor rub on me and got it all over my remaining clothes. She was a terrible masseuse. I would have been better off rolling on the grass read more

There was a massive dog they keep there They didn't use oil or lotion or anything just a 3x3 sheet to awkwardly push down on the part of my body they were massaging read more

The quality here has really gone way downhill!! Came here with 2 friends and we all thought the foot massage was decent. Once we moved to the table for the "combo massage", it was a disaster! Friend #1 had her shirt flung over her head/ removed after she asked to keep her shirt on. The masseuse focused on her back and never touched her shoulders, arms, or anything else. Her back massage was so painful it left her feeling bruised! The masseuse was also belching and yawning during the painful back rub! Friend #2 also received an awful massage! The masseuse pulled her underwear all the way down without permission! The massage left her neck in so much pain she could barely move it! My massage was a tad better but still a solid 4/10. Both myself and friend #2 had our butt cheeks aggressively spread apart during the butt massage and it was painful!!! Thankfully nobody yanked my clothes off my body and I didn't walk out partially paralyzed like my friends. Obvious to say- we will not be coming back!! read more

1st experience here was great. I ordered an hour for a whole body massage due to my body's stiffness. The lady who was assigned to me was very kind and great during the session. Total came out to $60 and id say it was well worth it since my body feels so light. 5/5 definitely coming back read more

I wouldn't even give a star but unfortunately you have to to leave a rating! Walked in this place to look at the prices, and possibly book a massage the two women that were working there treated me like I was contagious or something, I'm fighting an auto immune disease I've been going to IVIG infusions and my arms were scarred badly from my disease and they wouldn't serve me because of the way my arms looked never thought I'd ever run into something like this but some people are so clueless and uneducated! I shouldn't have a let it get to me, but I did! Don't know how they stay in business but I would highly recommend to never go to this massage place! Not very nice people! read more

My wife just left here. My wife received a 30 minute foot massage. Massage was fine. But when we left to play. When I wrote down my tip she told me to add more money?!?! WTH. Tip is an option. I have never had anyone tell me what to pay. I already had to pay a 1.00 to use my card. I have been going for years. I will no longer be going. Now I have to worry if they will add more money to my tip. So angry. read more

First time, I was extremely disappointed that while getting a full body massage the masseuse was watching something on her phone. The reason I knew was because as she was massaging me she was chuckling. I thought to myself what is she laughing at. I realized she was on her phone because when she had me turn over she placed her phone on the side desk. Went back 1.5 months later and figured maybe I just got a bad masseuse, this time I got a combo massage and first twenty minutes were great until I felt her stop massaging and not having the same flow and rhythm of the massage was off. When I pecked up to see what it was and seen that she was watching something on her phone, I wanted to get up so bad and walk out. Given it was the second time I had encountered this. As I was paying she got upset that I didn't tip her well, in my head I'm thinking she should be grateful I gave any tip since she was too busy watching her show as she's massaging her clients. Won't be going back here ever again! Third time will not be a charm! Don't recommend I was also told how much to pay for a tip, which I'm huge on tipping and it's dependent on the service. This blew my mind!! read more

Lucy is the best here. Swedish and Acupressure skills are on point! She's great with taking care of any pain spots with extra work as needed too . I highly recommend. Note : good tippers get great service ..it's just how the world works , folks ! read more

This place is extremely popular with the Gilroy locals because they provide an affordable relaxing massage most times without a appointment with walk-ins welcome. I can usually get in within 1-2 hours someday, unless they're overbooked with clients. Like I said, extremely popular with Gilroy locals that need a relaxing massage after commuting in traffic on ruff bumpy roads for hours. read more

The outside can be deceiving, but this place is great! $60 for a 1hr body massage. Lucy is the best masseuse in there. Wendy is great also. My husband and I have been coming here for about 2 hrs now. The rooms are separated by bamboo sheeting and curtains. So you get privacy but not enough for any funny business. This place is legit, affordable and they give great massages. Don't judge this place by its exterior, the inside is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I have had a bad massage by an unnamed masseuse(never got her name) but the majority of the staff does an excellent job. Get to know them and find the one you like. read more

Dirty and dingy.....massage was not good and the sheets didn't look like the changed it after each customer.

Just got home from here. My daughter's 1st massage. Brought her in for her shoulder pain. She got Cicie & she had a real massage complete with oil, hot stones, & felt relieved after. I got a newer one I think. No skin massage, just did my back & head, no oil, no stones. She was also on the phone. I should have asked for her name. May is gone. Ask for the guy or Cicie. I should have asked for a refund. I want to put 5 stars for Cicie, but her partner brought it down to 3. read more

Giving this place one star ONLY because my first time ever coming to this spot (which was last week) was AMAZING. I got my back massage from a guy and you could tel he knew exactly what he was doing, as if he had studied the human anatomy of a Back. He knew all pin points and where to specifically massage and apply the right amount of pressure to , to fix the pain. I would actually give him 5 stars, and that's the reason to my most recent visit which was yesterday. Now for my reasoning to giving ONE STAR. I opted for a 1 hour back massage Originally.... got a woman who brings her big dog with to the massage parlor. She didn't NOT , the least a little bit know what she was doing. She only focused on my left side, and she also kept focusing on trying to massaging(rub) my buttock area. I had to actually peep my head up and ask/point to her to please work on my right side of my back now. She left me little dotted bruises all over my back, shoulder area(mainly my left area) because she was only dragging her elbow into my body and drag it to multiple areas..... the only time she wasn't stabbing my back with her elbow.. she was basically rubbing as if you were to rub a persons back to comfort them to bed(which I could've gotten free from my husband) read more

Since they opened I started to be a usual customer and I am agree with the service until now specifically with Billy and Lucy ; everything is clean , quiet and relaxing . I use to get a foot massage and sometimes the combo so recommended this place read more

If I could give this place half a star or less, I would. I've been coming here for a while now and for the first time EVER the therapist told me to only pay in cash and then got mad at me when I didn't have cash. I explained to her that I didn't have cash and only had $2 in my wallet (I was planning on paying with a card, no issues usually) and again she got mad. She told me that I should "at least $20 cash for the tip" . No, see you don't get to say how much someone tips you or if they tip you at all and if they do, be grateful for that. I'm not saying that I wasn't going to tip, I just didn't have it in cash. I gave her what little cash that I had and then she insisted that I give her a $20 tip on card b/c she deserves more than what I had. She again insisted that I tip her at least $20. Yea, no. I went back to talk to the manager and explained that the massage therapist was rude and shouldn't have said that in the first place about giving a tip, then complaining about what I did give her and what she ended up getting ($10, I'm on a budget, this was supposed to be my Christmas present and I have a special needs child) and the manager tries to "hug" me while saying "sorry, sorry" while pushing me out the door. Ma'am, I deal with dog buttholes and get bitten/shit on and peed on in my profession for twice if not longer periods of time than you have worked on my back and I don't get a whole lot of tips and I'm not going to tip you almost half of what I just paid in general, it wasn't even that good! I've never had shitty service until now. Won't be back. 0/10. read more

Went in for combo feet/back massage. The man who worked on me was professional and location clean an quiet. He found all my sore spots and when I left there I was pain free ! Amazed Well Worth the money. This is Chinese reflexology massaging. read more

Honestly not too sure why this place received some low ratings . I booked a full body massage for 3 ppl last minute for 9pm over the phone and they accepted . I did have to repeat my number a couple times over the phone since the receptionist was not too fluent in English. Fast forward to getting there . This place was spacious ; They have curtains to separate your area. I asked for medium strength and at first I had a lady who did mine for about a minute- rubbing lotion on my back etc . But she was super soft with it where I was thinking I would not enjoy it . Than there was some talking and a guy BIN switched places with her . Perfect ! He was firm and hit all the right spots . There was some areas he was rough or possibly because I had so many knots but he double checked to make sure I was okay. For $40 an hour it was a great experience ! They focus mainly on your back and neck , barely any time on your feet but that's okay . I will definitlu Be back NExt time ! read more

My wife and I went for a massage yesterday (November 16, 2018) to this place. Let me be the first to tell you not to come here! It was a waste of money! The person I had was a woman (too bad I didn't get her name). I got the combo massage. She started with my feet and all she was doing was rubbing on them, no massage technique was used...she was literally just rubbing and pressing on my toes. I thought okay, I hope I she gets better when it comes to my full body massage. She brought me to the room. When she was massaging my body, she removed the warm towel that was covering my behind and kept me cold this entire time. She put some oil and started rubbing on my back and went down on my butt and she stayed there for awhile just rubbing my butt. Again, no technique was used except her rubbing skills. She was rubbing and rubbing until it was over. If you want to be naked on the table, cold, while a stranger is literally rubbing on you for an hour, feel free and come to this please... otherwise, skip this place and go elsewhere! Very bad experience!!! read more

Walked in and was able to get a massage right away. Did the combo 30 min foot 30 min body massage for $50. I'll be back

I paid for a full hour massage plus a 10% tip. The massage only lasted 45 minutes. Then, the masseuse has the nerve to complain about the size of the tip! Plus, She didn't even smile once. This place needs an attitude check. Go somewhere else. read more

I've gone to this place for the past 7 years probably 6 times a year. The massages have always been good.Place is usually quiet and clean.Prices are bit higher than other similar establishments I've been to in the South Bay Area.Today after a chiropractor appointment I stopped by . At any rate I did a half hour chair massage and one hour foot massage today .Afterwards I paid with my card and tipped 20 percent in cash .The person who was taking the money was not the same gal who did my massage (it was a decent massage). The manager counted my cash and with a look of disgust slapped it on the counter and rudely said to me "You here long time ,you need to pay $5 more tip". I was taken aback. I said "Sorry but gratuity is voluntary ,and I've given you 20 percent, and it's all the cash I had .So now you are not only getting 20 percent but a lesson in manners and you are being rude.I hope that $5 demand was worth losing my business for ever?Do you not want my tip at all?She glared at me and I left. I'm not sure if this is some sort of cultural thing I have heard of this happening before at these places but it's never ever happened to me before.Disappointed in this behavior. I won't be returning. read more

Went there with a friend to get a massage. I got a girl named Lucy and my friend got another girl. Lucy gave a good massage. She took all the knots out and my body feels great. When it was time to pay, I put the massage on my credit card and 2 $10 bills to both ladies as their tip. When we got into the car, my friend told me if I knew that I gave one of the girls a $10 bill and $100 bill. I said no and I checked my wallet. He's right. I gave one of the ladies $110 in tip. I called the Massage Place and told them that I accidentally tip $110 to one of the ladies. The person that I spoke with was the girl that gave my friend a massage. I heard that she asked Lucy something (in Chinese language). She no that I gave both girls 2 $10 bills. My friend told me that he saw me tip one of them a $10 bill and $100 bill. I told my friend that he should have told me there. He said that he thought I knew because the massage was good. ( No happy ending). I left it as is. I didn't get the money back. It doesn't matter to me. It's only $110. What matters to me is that they have NO integrity. We go there at least twice a month and tip that ladies quite well. From now on, NO more going to that massage place. If you have any questions, call or text me. I'll be happy to tell you what happened. 831-216-7090 read more

Worst massage ever . Wouldn't recommend it in my worst enemy. Not much of a review guy but home girl had no idea what she was doing. No stars if I could:( read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The massage was just an oil rub all over my back. There was no pressure to relieve any of my sore muscles but there was pressure applied over my bones. After 60 mins of spreading oil, they had the nerve to ask for a bigger tip. read more

Save your time and money and go to splendid foot. Foot massage was not relaxing. Upper body part was so bad ! Awesome massage. Left a twenty dollar tip and she asked me to give her a bigger tip. I was perplexed and didn't even know how to begin to explain to her that people don't normally ask that. So I decided to treat my mom and myself to a massage and overall the massage was good and everything the ending is what upset me where I pay my bill for however how much the massages cost and I understand that you know you can leave a tip or you may not well I already had previous purchases that I have done that day that I had to get done moneywise and I was just using money that I had left over to spend on me and my mom for a massage well my mom and I both did 30 minute massage and it came out to 35 each so it was a total of $70 which was perfect because that's what I had well I get the receipt and I put 70.00 & 00 for tip because I couldn't afford to tip. well I handbthe girl the receipt back and she hands it back to me and she goes you forgot tip and I said I'm sorry but I cannot afford to tip this time and she acted very offended and upset and she also acted like she didn't understand so she called her other coworker over and had her explain to me like I was stupid and didn't know what a tip was which obviously I do and I already explain myself and told both of them I cannot afford a tip this time but next time for sure well they didn't like that I wasn't going to give them a tip and they kept pushing me on it like well we gave you a massage you should give us a tip blah blah blah and I said I already explain to you guys I can't give you a tip and therefore I'm not going to give one and the girls got upset with me and she just put her hand in the air and walked off and the other girl was just standing there still like standing confuse and I said are we good to go because I can't leave you guys a tip and she was just like yeah just go and the other girl was like are you serious you're not gonna leave a tip and I said yeah I told you I can't afford at this time. So basically I'm telling you is the attitude they gave me for that is why they're getting one star and I will not be going back ever again you should not be feeling pressured to leave a tip if a tip is not required then you shouldn't push it on someone to give you one simple as that. Whoever the manager is there you guys need to talk to your employees. read more

I've been having massage in many places, so far this is the worse. Not their technique , it's their attitude. The receptionist is nice, but after I check in, there's a young lady lead me to the room. She left me in the room, not telling me anything, to change or not change clothes, how long need to wait??? She just left. I take off my clothes and waiting for almost 15 mins, no one ever come, I have to cover myself with towel and go out to ask. While I'm doing massage , there's so many noises . Wash dishes, cooking rice, chatting about they were played mahjong last night ..... how can I relax????? So bad. No respect to customer. read more

I remember this place being better. They have always been able to accommodate me as a walk in, and the massage was good...however I specified my areas of trouble, and the massage tech barely address those areas. Needless to say I probably won't go back. O before I forget, I agree with one of the last reviews, when it came time to pay, I handed her a $5.00 tip (which I think was good), and she gave this look like is that it!....yeah! Honestly I can say this was the worst massage I have ever had! Me and my husband usually go to splendid foot but wanted to give other companies a shot. Big mistake! How do you give a massage with no lotion? Let me say rubbing someones feet with gloves is fine if you use enough lotion if not it feels like you are stretching someone's skin out and it's not a good feeling. Also, not one drop of lotion used on my back instead I got rubbed with a dry towel. Worst feeling ever! I honestly wanted to get up and leave in the middle of the massage because it was so uncomfortable. Needless to say I paid $60 way to much for that massage and will never go back. read more

Massage was so so. However, when I checked out to pay ,they added 5$ to my card without asking , for a supposed tip! Won't be back

I would even give "no star". Went in for 30 minutes full body massage. Lady named Lee /Li , saw me. Very harsh. Didnt follow what I wanted. Some points I told "it hurts". Still she went hard. Well, I guess I got a massage. Not very good.I don't think they really want the female customers. I think they give better treatment to men. I love this place. Today was my 3rd visit. A 60 minute table massage is only $35. The whole hour is spent face down (fully clothed so wear light clothing) and the primary focus is on your shoulders and back but you get a massage from your head to your toes. Can't beat the price, $35 for a 1 hour massage. I prefer to do 30 mins on the table for full bodyh massage & 30 min foot reflexology. The staff does a great job of not beating you and making your time there very relaxing and enjoyable* LOVE THIS PLACE read more
