The quality here has really gone way downhill!! Came here with 2 friends and we all thought the foot massage was decent. Once we moved to the table for the "combo massage", it was a disaster! Friend #1 had her shirt flung over her head/ removed after she asked to keep her shirt on. The masseuse focused on her back and never touched her shoulders, arms, or anything else. Her back massage was so painful it left her feeling bruised! The masseuse was also belching and yawning during the painful back rub! Friend #2 also received an awful massage! The masseuse pulled her underwear all the way down without permission! The massage left her neck in so much pain she could barely move it! My massage was a tad better but still a solid 4/10. Both myself and friend #2 had our butt cheeks aggressively spread apart during the butt massage and it was painful!!! The reason I knew was because as she was massaging me she was chuckling. I thought to myself what is she laughing at. I realized she was on her phone because when she had me turn over she placed her phone on the side desk. The rooms are separated by bamboo sheeting and curtains. So you get privacy but not enough for any funny business. This place is legit, affordable and they give great massages. Don't judge this place by its exterior, the inside is clean and the staff is friendly. Giving this place one star ONLY because my first time ever coming to this spot (which was last week) was AMAZING. I got my back massage from a guy and you could tel he knew exactly what he was doing, as if he had studied the human anatomy of a Back. I had to actually peep my head up and ask/point to her to please work on my right side of my back now. If I could give this place half a star or less, I would. I've been coming here for a while now and for the first time EVER the therapist told me to only pay in cash and then got mad at me when I didn't have cash. I explained to her that I didn't have cash and only had $2 in my wallet (I was planning on paying with a card, no issues usually) and again she got mad. She told me that I should "at least $20 cash for the tip" . No, see you don't get to say how much someone tips you or if they tip you at all and if they do, be grateful for that. I'm not saying that I wasn't going to tip, I just didn't have it in cash. I gave her what little cash that I had and then she insisted that I give her a $20 tip on card b/c she deserves more than what I had. She again insisted that I tip her at least $20. Yea, no. I went back to talk to the manager and explained that the massage therapist was rude and shouldn't have said that in the first place about giving a tip, then complaining about what I did give her and what she ended up getting ($10, I'm on a budget, this was supposed to be my Christmas present and I have a special needs child) and the manager tries to "hug" me while saying "sorry, sorry" while pushing me out the door. Honestly not too sure why this place received some low ratings . I booked a full body massage for 3 ppl last minute for 9pm over the phone and they accepted . I did have to repeat my number a couple times over the phone since the receptionist was not too fluent in English. Fast forward to getting there . This place was spacious ; They have curtains to separate your area. I asked for medium strength and at first I had a lady who did mine for about a minute- rubbing lotion on my back etc . But she was super soft with it where I was thinking I would not enjoy it . Than there was some talking and a guy BIN switched places with her . Perfect ! He was firm and hit all the right spots . There was some areas he was rough or possibly because I had so many knots but he double checked to make sure I was okay. For $40 an hour it was a great experience ! My wife and I went for a massage yesterday (November 16, 2018) to this place. Let me be the first to tell you not to come here! It was a waste of money! The person I had was a woman (too bad I didn't get her name). I got the combo massage. She started with my feet and all she was doing was rubbing on them, no massage technique was used...she was literally just rubbing and pressing on my toes. I thought okay, I hope I she gets better when it comes to my full body massage. She brought me to the room. When she was massaging my body, she removed the warm towel that was covering my behind and kept me cold this entire time. She put some oil and started rubbing on my back and went down on my butt and she stayed there for awhile just rubbing my butt. Again, no technique was used except her rubbing skills. She was rubbing and rubbing until it was over. If you want to be naked on the table, cold, while a stranger is literally rubbing on you for an hour, feel free and come to this please... otherwise, skip this place and go elsewhere! At any rate I did a half hour chair massage and one hour foot massage today .Afterwards I paid with my card and tipped 20 percent in cash .The person who was taking the money was not the same gal who did my massage (it was a decent massage).The manager counted my cash and with a look of disgust slapped it on the counter and rudely said to me "You here long time ,you need to pay $5 more tip". Went there with a friend to get a massage. I got a girl named Lucy and my friend got another girl. Lucy gave a good massage. She took all the knots out and my body feels great. When it was time to pay, I put the massage on my credit card and 2 $10 bills to both ladies as their tip. When we got into the car, my friend told me if I knew that I gave one of the girls a $10 bill and $100 bill. I said no and I checked my wallet. He's right. I gave one of the ladies $110 in tip. I called the Massage Place and told them that I accidentally tip $110 to one of the ladies. The person that I spoke with was the girl that gave my friend a massage. I heard that she asked Lucy something (in Chinese language). She no that I gave both girls 2 $10 bills. My friend told me that he saw me tip one of them a $10 bill and $100 bill. She left me in the room, not telling me anything, to change or not change clothes, how long need to wait??? She just left. Honestly I can say this was the worst massage I have ever had! Me and my husband usually go to splendid foot but wanted to give other companies a shot. Big mistake! How do you give a massage with no lotion? Let me say rubbing someones feet with gloves is fine if you use enough lotion if not it feels like you are stretching someone's skin out and it's not a good feeling. Tonight, I decided to give a review because my gift card was for 60 minutes and I was told that my massage was over after only 45 minutes. When I told the massage technician that I still have 15 minutes. She told me that I only had until 8:50 PM, and pointed to the adjoining area saying they were through and we started at the same time. Anyway, the car radio time was 7:55 PM (8:00 PM appointment) when I went in, plus I was told to wait until someone was available. So massage started at around 8:05. When I got back to the car, the time was 8:53. So, my massage was cut short. Now the review - I get a massage every four weeks, and the consistency is not there. Sometimes it is good, and sometimes it is less than desirable. But then again $40 dollars for a 60 minute massage, you can't complain. I went to another establishment that was a little more expensive, after I got tired of the MT Relaxation massage technicians talking during the entire massage and interrupting my massage to answer the phone. My wife convinced me to try MT Relaxation again after several months (because of the $$$$), and I can say that they have toned down the talking. Atmosphere is nice and tranquil. I see some comments about rudeness, I have not seen it, though there seems to be a language barrier at times. read more

The whole hour is spent face down (fully clothed so wear light clothing) and the primary focus is on your shoulders and back but you get a massage from your head to your toes.
