I bring all my cleaning there as well as my tailoring needs. The husband and wife owners are so nice and recognize well made clothing. My wife also uses their services for her clothes as well. She said I wear and wash the jeans that came back in the same condition given to me. Just called me a liar to my face. This alien face woman is 100 + years old. She shouldn't be working and should be in a nursing home watching daytime tv. Another time they tried to double charge it but her son corrected it. So many errors of someone pass working age. Pass the business down and retire. I felt like I was talking to a incompetent person. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Trust the reviews.

Hi there! I've been going to the various cleaners on Ridge Road, but I find the overall service at…read moreArlington Cleaners is the best. They are Korean family owned and operated. I like how they have a separate room for tailoring and alterations, and a step stool for the tailor to easily see where all the seams needs to be taken in or let out. As far as dry cleaning goes, my clothes smell fresh. They are a tad expensive in the dry cleaning department. I consider Arlington Cleaners a high-quality cleaners and tailoring establishment with nice metal, bronze hangers. Not the cheap white flimsy kind that you would find at a cheaper cleaners establishment. The other dry cleaning places, I've had to do re-dos on either my dry-cleaning and/or pant hemming alterations.

They…read morealso pressed them, and the pants came back with spots that were not there when I dropped them off. I suspect the spots came from dirty pressing equipment. When I brought the damage to the owner's attention, he immediately blamed me and said it was my fault. These pants had NEVER been worn. His response included derogatory language and an appalling lack of professionalism. My family spent over 40 years in the dry-cleaning business, and I find both the condition of my pants and the way I was treated completely unacceptable. A simple hem turned into damaged clothing and an insulting confrontation. Arlington Cleaners has completely lost my trust. I will never return and strongly recommend taking your clothes elsewhere.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service.. I brought a…read morebrand new shirt out of the packaging to them to get cleaned and pressed, and it came back with a bleach stain on it. When I called, I explained to them that I have been a customer of theirs for an extremely long time and I was hoping that as a returning customer as well as a avid referral customer for them, they would do something to make it right given I understand mistakes happen. Instead, the owner gets on the phone and tells me that the stain was there and that it was not his fault. This is simply not true because the shirt was brand new when I brought it to them and I tried it on prior to bringing it to them and I know for a fact there was no stain. When I asked him if this is how he handles customer service, his response was "I don't care." Wouldn't go here ever again and would never refer anyone to them. AVOID at all costs
