A dirty pair of Guess jeans with a rip on one leg--$20.99. The racks are stuffed with cheap Shein clothing that is more than likely priced higher than it ever was on the Shein app. $8.99 for an old faded used towel. I'm not sure who got greedy at this store but I hope it backfires on them real quick. I would suggest not donating your stuff here....I'd rather give my stuff away than donate to a store that's going to price it so outrageously. There was a child unattended for at least 10 minutes before I determined I needed to seek help. I…read moreapproached an employee, named Tyler, and asked for assistance. He went to the front to notify someone, but when he returned, he told me I should "mind my business," stating that this was a small store and they could not do anything unless the child had left the store. I would like it noted that the child's mother NEVER came looking for him during this time (roughly 30 mins). It was only after my husband, another woman, and I went throughout the store searching for help, including looking for Spanish speakers to communicate with the child, that his mother was eventually located (by staff) inside the store. The employee (Tyler) who told me to "mind my business" is fortunate I did not follow his advice. If I had ignored the situation, no one would have been monitoring this child. He could have wandered into traffic, been taken, or been seriously hurt. This situation was handled extremely poorly by Tyler. I am thankful for the staff members who eventually stepped in to assist us. I am filing this grievance in hopes that no child is ever left in danger again, and that no future bystanders are told to "mind their business" when raising concerns about the safety and wellbeing of an unattended child.
